A very niche detail I noticed is that things being warped or erased has bass sound effects, for instance. The hand has a huge bass sound because of its power, it scrapes away objects and erases them. King crimson limits segments of time only to the user, calmy destroying it for everyone else. The world has a single strong bass sound as it activates, its warping the passage of time to a halt.

Ok so after some thinking I concluded that King Crimson is the only stand in JoJo that has a time based ability. Dios Za Warudo can't stop time. Before you bite my head off about this hear me out. Think way back to an anime called Cyborg 009. 009 had a function called Acceleration Mode and when activated, he sped up and everyone else slowed to a near halt. I think that's what Za Warudo is actually doing he's accellerating to the point where everything is standing still. Star Platinums ability is pure speed. What Za Warudo could do is a much higher level. The two are reflections of each other As for king Crimson he's got the same power concept as The Hand. Only instead of scraping away space he's scraping away bits of time.
Interesting idea but The World's time stopping ability has nothing to do with speed. TW freezes time in Universe for everyone(except for DIO) That gives him an extra time (from 6 to 9 seconds) in which he can operate. It's as simple as that.
