People underestimate the power that good sfx has. A movie or show can have incredible choreography and animation, but if it doesn't have good *sound* to accompany it, then it falls a little flat
So true. JoJo has such heavy impact with their sound effects, it’s satisfying as hell. I was watching Hell’s Paradise and realized how much the fights were lacking because it was SO QUIET. The punches felt like they had no impact.
I think it was done this way to reflect how the mystery of The World unravels- it gets louder and stretched out as the viewer learns more about The World. Normally I would think it's nothing, but in JJBA does things like that all the time like how Diavolo's appearance/abilities change throughout part 5).

I remember one thing I noticed and loved, is that it seemed like all of the main JoJo’s with a stand have their barrages accompanied with their own different sound of different types of gunshots.

Jolyne heart turning inside out was a really nice sfx too. Same as jolynes mobius strip. Seems u missed a lot cause u assumed nothing interesting but it was more ur memory playing you up
part 2 is one of my favourite parts from the sound design alone, i wish they kept that kind of sound design in later parts but i think it matched part 2's vibes the best

Good sound design is the cornerstone of multimedia entertainment. Usually good sound design goes unnoticed and bad sound design gets mocked. It's nice to see Supreme sound design getting the recognition it deserves.
