I've done steak in this style and every other way possible, but it wasn't until I started following the SCA style last year that I finally made the best steak of my life and I will never forget it... Life changing! Do it....

It’s going to depend greatly on your specific temperature and size of the steak but about 3 minutes each side and then rest for at least another 3 before cutting
