As always, it's not fair that the first team who locked up wins, because they did the same number of round. It's always the team that begins that locked it first. Of course the team that doesn't start has the advantage of hearing some answers before asking their questions, but it's the same for the other team after. I think that if the team lock up in the same round of questions, then they should both won. If one team locks up and then the other continue for like five minutes, then yeah, the first team could win, but here the time were very close.
It doesn't matter if one team hears the answers to the other teams questions before they ask their own because no one knows who the real deal is. So the answers could be a lie.

None of them gave a very specific workout, but she was speaking facts that the multi-day tournaments with multiple hour long matches are insane. Tennis majors sometimes are decided by someone gassing out from really long quarter and semi-finals, and their opponent being fresh from quicker wins. You need endurance in like multiple ways

well, you do start in a lane and then everyone moves to lane 1 ... for me it was the workout - no reps are ran at the max speed. the coach tells you the time you should run the reps in and you should hit that instead of just running as fast as possible.
