  • Running is bad for fat loss period. You end up slowing down your metabolism, potentially hurt your joints and regain the lost weight and sometimes more.

    mujhe bhi starting mai thoda guesa aaya tha but baad mai samj aagaya mai 1.5- 2 saal pehle 3-5 km running karta tha..agar kisi beginner ko running aachi lagti hai to thodi running +weight training will be good...and thanks for slow metabolism concept clearing want more

    Fat is connected with heart problem and Running reduces risk of death from heart attack or stroke. reduced risk of cardiovascular disease. Studies also shown that it help in prevention of 15 types cancers.
    And Running is good option to strat with intital exercise because there is no human who has not done running before but there will corer of people who have never done weight training

    Completely agree with the topic but the way you start the video people will assume something else and will not see the complete video.. And spam in the comment section..Instead, You should put the caption "why you should not suddenly start running for the sake of fat loss" ... Running and swimming are the best exercise but there's a catch.. If you don't add weight training or resistance training you will be facing serious problem such as loose skin... If you don't gain muscle then you will gain fat again cause body tends go in that homeostasis.. Anyway, great video.. I can relate with that.. This is my complete feedback

    Correct bhai I used to run. 5 km every day at a speed of 12 on treadmill even lost 25 kgs but after 6 months of leaving gym I have developed knees pain even while walking and standing. Is there any solution of it please suggest

    Brother, running is best excercise for loose fat , because i did it . I done two times traning ( State reserve police force, and another for police first is 9 months second is 8 months) and it do work brother.

    He's talking about fatloss not weight loss.
    If you want good weight alongwith loss of fat then weight training is better option.
    Running would reduce the overall weight of the body this includes reduction in both fat and muscle.

    running is one of the best effective cardio exercise for fat loss there is no doubt about that.
    Tabhi to hr gym me treadmill dekhne ko milti hai. Ofcourse there are many other forms of cardio too.
    Or mujhe nhi lgta koi bhi overweight banda phle hi din se sprint marna shuru kr deta hai,
    phle hlki fulki jogging se hi shuru krte hain islie joints weak hone ka to swal hi nhi hai.
    Ab baat kre running chhod dene ke baad weight bdh jane ki to bhai baat sidhi si hai phle running krne se calories burn kr rhe the pr ab diet phle jitni hi le rhe ho but you're not loosing any extra calories to weight to bdhega hi.
    Islie weight bdhne me running ka fault nhi hai fault hai shi se calories intake n krne ka.
