Expeller Pressed vegetable oils are not extracted using hexane (chemical) and are higher in monounsaturated fats as opposed to polyunsaturated fats. Polyunsaturated fats shouldn't be eaten in excess. In my opinion, high oleic and expeller pressed oils are okay to be eaten a few times a week.

Yes, they always use dates as the sweetener so they are always pretty high in sugar. I am on the lookout for a good low sugar bar
