Well the team was so damn old at that point. Al Davis was in a “Win Now” mode and didn’t care about the future it seemed.
Always knew this game wasn’t a part of my imagination and really happened. Most people forget about this game and only remember the playoff game and 05 season opener cause of Moss. Thanks for the upload!

I am pretty sure I was at this game. I was a senior in high school and went to a lot of games that year including the thrashing of the broncos. What a year!

There is something VERY VERY special about the Coliseum that cannot be replicated anywhere else; we'll only start to taste success once we duplicate that feeling from the team and the fans. Love form my Raider from the UK. Love Oakland, but anxious to sample Las Vegas at least once.

I love how everyone frames the tuck rule as the deciding factor in that game. It wasn’t like the patriots still needed two ridiculous hard kicks. Plus the raiders had more chances to win on offense and screwed that up on fourth down.
The game was over period terrible call on a play that should nor have even been reviewable it seems like a judgement call to me but I guess the official can read the QBs mind.
