How to make Dila's Pickles Fish

    Pickle fish
    10 onions cleaned and cut into rings
    1 cup water (add more water if needed)
    3/4 - 1cup brown vinegar (if u like more acidity u can add more vinegar after tasting
    3 Tbsp Rajah curry powder
    3 Tbsp sugar (according to your taste)
    8 fresh curry leaves or bay leaves
    1 Tbsp peppercorns
    1 Tsp Garam masala
    1/2 tsp tuneric (optional)
    4 to 5 tbsp all gold tomato sauce (optional)
    For the fish
    16 pieces fish ( I use hake fillet)
    Season fish with salt
    pepper to taste (optional)
    2-3 eggs
    1 cup flour
    If not coating fish in egg use flour or cornflour to coat
