An easy way to prepare pickled fish. Coating the fish adds more flavour to the dish and absorbs the curry sauce creating a flavourful dish.
Pickled fish is tastier if kept for a few days; the dish can be kept for two to three weeks and even longer in the refrigerator.This recipe can be prepared using a variety of fish e.g. hake, trout, salmon etc.
