  • This is the second of two lectures I gave to a group of medical/health professionals on the clinical application of high-dose vitamin B1.
In this video I outline the the difference between nutritional deficiency and the concept of "functional dependence". I then discuss the practical aspects of forming a protocol including:
    - Which form to use and why
    - How to dose for different conditions
    - When to use this therapy and when not to use this therapy
    - Managing patient side effects

My father was treated by our wonderful doctor Costantini.. after a month of B1 injection my father, that was gradually losing ability to walk, was walking again, straight back, happy smile on his face.. After two months dad started his job again! To this day, dad is paring oral B1with levodopa and after almost 10 years, at 80 years old, he is triving and Parkinson disease is very very slow. the Gratitude that we all feel for wonderful doctor Antonio Costantini.. I remember the eyes of his patients so full of hope and gratitude! Then Costantini died, and nobody is taking on is wonderful work.. maybe a neurologist in all Italy.. other neurologist says that is bullshit.. But it is not.. I witness that every day! Thank you dear doctor, I send you all my love, wherever you are now❤

    So now I’m on B1 100mg ,B3 500mg B12 1mg vit D ,MK-7vit K-2 ..
All these things your saying 1:42 stage..it’s amazing .
Doctors have no idea.. I was taking “No dose alert tablets” then I looked what was in them.. other than caffeine.. they had all these good vitamins B1 thiamine! I didn’t know it at the time.. but issues started going away..
I could go on but u have said all the things that my doctors have turned off to..
I thought it was my thyroid. Getting blood tests is the issue currently here in Australia!

As an elite complex problem-solver with a focus on addressing the root (usually unobvious) cause, when I began writing patents for problem-solving technologies that involved an extensive review of issued patents it became obvious to me that the business model for success is a magic bullet that can be marketed as THE solution. The reality is that most magic bullet solutions simply push the 'cork floating on the water' problem below the surface. When released, the cork pops up in a new location where it creates an opportunity to market a new 'magic bullet’.
Solving problems by addressing the origins can be extremely difficult, often taking months or even years of dogged persistence with little reward. Elliott Overton is an all too rare example of a true problem-solver.

I was using like 12,000% drv B12, my methylfolate was around 200mg a day plus whatever I got from lentils and beans, my creatine was at about 10 grams per day, the sulbutiamine was 300 mg three times per day, one jarrow b-complex maximum strength, and I was also using noopept and oxiracetam for additional cognitive repair. Even though in our experience thiamine is well effective alone, it is possible to add other group B vitamins, including folic acid. However, we do not begin the therapy with high dose thiamine in addition to multivitamin compounds, especially if these contain vitamin B6. This because vitamin B6 is a facilitator of the peripheral decarboxylase and in PwP may interfere with the amount of L-dopa that reaches the brain and thus worsen the symptoms.

perhaps b1 is treatment for a systemic sulfur deficiency, which would impair many enzymes, glutathione, etc. and supporting sulfur levels with b1, biotin, cysteine, methionine, taurine, MSM, sulphate, ALA, high protein diet, etc. would help as well. the people who get worse when the thiamine supplementation stops are perhaps still toxic (heavy metals, oxalates, glycation) and not replete with sulfur. soluble B1 can get the sulfur where it's needed, fairly safely. Chelation protocols caution against taking ALA on a random schedule or when amalgam fillings, for example, are still in place, could thiamine chelate mercury into the bloodstream from dental fillings? Could that partially explain why some don't see positive results?

B1 supplementation for a drug-like effect. I assume B1 has a profound role in detoxification when paired with electrolytes / Mg and Molybdenum. TTFD probably requires Molybdenum to be paired so the Liver can detox the sulfur in Liver Phase 2 Detoxification. Headache aggravation probably occurs due to some minor form of existing Cholestasis in the blood if they have POTs, Constipation, and occasional headaches. An increase of bile containing toxic metabolic by-products Therefore, I think there is a Herxheimer reaction aka Paradoxical Reaction when increasing B1 waiting for the body to poop to get rid of the bile. It is important to get people to poop. Fiber like SunFiber and or black charcoal may also help to bind to the bile to prevent Enterohepatic circulation in order to excrete as much bile as possible. Also, many people tend to be deficient in Folate B9 and do better using Folinic Acid as their methylation is not the best. I hope this perspective of B1 through a Liver-centric view may increase our understanding that B1 has a role in stimulating the body's ability to detox.
