It amazes me as an ICU RN that I see many of these patients everyday. But only alcoholics get B1 and Folate supplements. No one else. As I’ve been learning over past 6-9 months is that many of our diagnoses can be treated with a more holistic approach. Going against big pharmaceutical companies philosophy. And profits.

@@thechickincharge1073 first thanks for the prayer! I do care. I see people being treated for something that with diagnostic tests done conflict with diagnosis. So being treated with medication that have side effects and telling them that their heart sucks is damaging to their emotional and psychological health. And does nothing to fix root cause. And yes I know big pharm has a lot to do with this which is wrong. But if everyone shares maybe a few can be healed by a cheap fix.

Living the nightmare of wet, dry, and GI thiamine deficiency right now. This has been the most challenging health issue to get diagnosed that I have experienced. It mimics so many diseases. I just had the bloodwork for the serum B1 test yesterday; unfortunately, until I watched this video, I didn't know that there's a B1 deficiency test at the cellular level called ETAC which is even more accurate. I will continue to advocate for myself and I will go down swinging if I have to. Lord Jesus help me please. 💕🙏

Thiamine is water-soluble, which means it has trouble crossing the fat layer that forms the outside of each cell. *_Benfotiamine_* is the fat-soluble form that is easily absorbed into the cell (3 to 5 times more easily), where it is converted into thiamine. Because benfotiamine is more bioavailable than thiamine, it provides higher levels of thiamine within the brain, liver, kidney, and all muscle tissues.

Peg, as a 79 year old woman, please please hear my story. I literally hate allopathic doctors or medicine. Therefore, decades ago I chose to only follow alternative medicine, in its different forms. Then, 14 years ago out of the blue, I found myself vomiting pure blood. Long/short….two weeks hospitalized in trying to save my life and giving me many pints of blood to replace what I lost. Diagnosis ? Two diseases. Diabetes and non-alcoholic cirrhosis of my liver. I was flabbergasted. Shrugging off the diabetic diagnosis for the moment, I asked how on EARTH did I get cirrhosis when I did not drink alcohol. My doctor said……..” Because your undiagnosed diabetes was not treated, it went over into your liver, et voil’a, cirrhosis “. This was the day when I saw that : If I want to keep breathing, I MUST use an Allopath for prescription PLUS Labs. But, use them ONLY for this. Otherwise, continue using alternative doctors, vitamins, supplements as before. Bottom line, ignore allopath as much as possible, but don’t cut your nose off , just to spite your face, or you will end up like me. Today, I do all of my supplements plus prescriptions, except when the Allopath says my Labs are good enough to ditch the prescription. ❤️

I've been struggling with health issues since September of 2022. It hit me like a rock! I've been to the ER and finally was able to get health insurance. I had edema in my left leg. Trouble sleeping. Brain fog. Blood pressure issues. Sudden random dizziness. Intestinal problems. Mild depression.
My leg swelled up so bad that I'd have to rap it from my ankle to my mid thye .
Im 48. A waitress and work long hours. So eating healthy and enough food has been a battle.
At the ER I got diagnosed with Sciatica. I did have it but it was the result of the edema. I was given a steroid ,muscle relaxers and pain killers. It helped but it returned as soon as they weren't available anymore.
As soon asI got my health insurance I scheduled an appointment for a doctor's appointment. The staff were amazing but after my visit I didn't feel my doctor was truly listening to me. I explained everything and the journey I've been through and after her exam she took some blood work. When my results came in I ,after my own research, shared it with my holistic doctor friend. She listened and was way more concerned about my doctor's approach and my blood work. The doctor ,after my physical exam stated I had injured my leg and that was the result of my pain and swelling. I knew this was false because I could feel something in my tissues. I know my body.
My blood work showed my cholesterol was a bit high for my age. My platelets were just above normal.
The doctor wanted to put me on muscle relaxers and a staten. I didn't pick up the prescription from the pharmacy. I was determined to figure out what was wrong. All my symptoms pointed to one thing.
It's a B1 issue. As soon as I took it within an hour literally all my pain in my leg and swelling was gone!
I have an un diagnosed celiacs disease. I know now that cheating isnt worth it anymore.
It blows my mind how something so simple can destroy your livelihood! I wish more doctor's understood how nutrition plays such a roll in your health. Prescribing meds should be a last resort.

    • @nordic7286
      @nordic7286 Před rokem +7

@@climax1233 I just look for a organic option with no unnecessary additives. The dosage from my research really depends on the individual. I've always had a high tolerance to medication and needed more vitamins than the recommended dose for most things. So I opted for the higher dose and added more daily. People can have a genetic enzyme disorder that can create the deficiency also. That is were I believe I land on this issue. You can get tested but I chose not to because of my results.
Also from my research I read how with some people that the thiamine B1,stopped working. It's because it's water soluble so it gets extracted fast from your body. It seems to be happening to me . However there is a stronger version that your body is able to keep longer so I've ordered that. Benfotiamine.
I think part of my relapse is the carbs that I sometimes eat. Carbs and sugar depletes your B1. I was also on the Carnivore diet so that helped.I stopped. I'm returning to it as of now.
It's been hard to reprogram my brain about food and nutrition. I realize we've been lied to and that eventually it will catch up to you .

I’ve struggled for years with hypertension/high cholesterol and have been on blood pressure meds since my late 20sor early 30s. I’ve been diagnosed my multiple different doctors with Myofascial pain syndrome as well as chronic fatigue syndrome. Some doctors have called it fibromyalgia and connective tissue disorder. My rheumatologist tested me for my ANA levels and they came back with slight elevations for lupus symptoms. 16 months ago I had quadruple bypass open-heart surgery. Two months ago I did a sleep study and they found that I had sleep apnea and now I am trying to adjust to a CPAP machine which is not going well. I have received a spiritual message from a friend of ours saying that there is something going on with his vagus nerve and still it took 2 years to finally find an answer to so many symptoms. The heart, the lungs, the kidneys and his digestive tract were all effected. But there is hope. I am positive that this kind of medical system will not survive much longer. In fact I believe it will be the first to go.

The universe conspired to get me to watch your video. I can not tell you how many pieces of my jigsaw that watching this video has put into place. I will be on my way to present the suggestion of testing my B1 level as you suggested. My last blood results came back “unremarkable” but quite obviously something wrong and knowing this will not show my B1 level correctly makes so much sense now !
From a test done on inflammation on the bowel the point they worry would have been 30. Mine was over 400! . Thank you so much for this video, the information provided is everything I have needed to hear from a doctor.
