btw, I think that the Valentine ix uses diesel and the Germans use petrol. Gates of Hell simulates this which is pretty cool. Bear this in mind when trying to put petrol in a Valentine!

You should group infantry instead of making them each a seperate unit because they will share extra ammunition with soldiers who has run out.

u should spread some tank traps out on the fields surrounded by mines so they have to go over some mines and slows them down cause u just have a line of tank traps and a few lines all around with AT mines (which isnt super efficient in my opinion)

Idk how this game got past me. It turned out I already owned Call To Arms from a humble bundle years ago but I never played it. Like most of my steam library. I did look at it a bit a while ago and it seemed interesting so I installed it but still didn't play it. The modern setting wasn't doing it for me. And then the other day I found Gates of Hell exists and immediately bought both DLCs. The sounds, effects, physics, playable units, all of it is exactly what I wanted from similar games. Having recently rediscovered Steel Division and also stumbled upon Easy Red 2 I'm in a WW2 golden age for games right now. Might even sit down and finally learn to play Hoi4 properly.
That mine placement was so awesome and smart. I truly love how much time you put into making a good defense.
I wish you would use some of the other tanks like the Stugs, gotta get some variety am I right?

well Daley little game-hack if you don't have any good position for an artillery piece/anti-tank weapon use soldiers to lay some sandbags in front of them for some type of cover.

Your strip those really good but they did send isvs I think and they even send it a super Pershing like a Persian but it got stuck because remember how your supplies are jammed apparently all the tanks were supposed to attack you also got jammed and with all the bigger stuff so yeah I think they just text you what whatever they had left I was available but still really good video

there is different types of fuel in the game, so not all type of vehicals can share fuel

im thinking about getting a game kinda like this genre but idk what to get if any one has recommendations (time period doesnt matter)
Steel Division 2 and WARNO are pretty good, not quite the same as this game but they're good RTS games set in WW2 and Cold War gone hot, respectively.
Men of War series is pretty similar to this in how it plays and how you can take control of units.
If you like turn based strategy Unity of Command 2 is a pretty simple but engaging ww2 game.
Regiments might be worth a look but I haven't played it myself.
Wargame series is similar to aforementioned WARNO. I think they're all set during the Cold War as well.
There's plenty more of course but those are some of the closest I can think of asides from Unity of Command as the wildcard. There's another RTS set in a modern war that I can't remember the name of but it's pretty new. Not sure if it's even released yet but I think it's early access when it does. There was a demo for it months ago.
German anti tank weapons were superior that 75mm and that 8.8 flak cannon were devastating on the M4s sherman and T34s
