Paz Vizla was a really good character for the series. He represented everything bad being a Mandalorian hot headed, antagonistic and power hungry but he was faithful to the way and loyal to his tribe. His death scene was pretty awesome and they couldn't give the character a better story while making his sacrifice mean something for the viewers and for the story as a whole.

In general this season has some pretty bad episodes but I am really happy with the Mandalorian characters especially Bo-Katan from the Clone Wars/Rebels. It would be pretty cool to see Boba, maybe Sabine along with Clan Wren join the fight or maybe Fenn Rau and his Mandalorian Protectors.

His death felt somewhat dumb. He says, "there are too many" and readies himself to die: cool... Except he singlehandedly slaughters all the stormtroopes BY HIMSELF, which means that if the other mandalorians had fought alongside him, they would have won, and so he probably wouldn't have died.

Fighting having accepted his death made Paz take chances that where mutch riskier, witch added to the overconfidence of the attacker may have been the reason why he was able to win. If the Mandalorians had stayed, they would probalby had won... or the imperial comandos may have retreated to a better posistion, the figth would have gone longer... maybe they where more reinforments...you really don't know in the moment witch is the better option; you have to risk; and in his mind; he diying alone but giving the rest a chance to retreat was a better tactical option. The comandos, instead of pushing forward and diying against this guy, could have tried to ambush the rest of the Mandalorians in other spot... they also scrw it up. In any case; taking the heat was a good otion in any way. Any commander woud agree that if a guy stays behind and is able to kill 10 guys before diying and your main force has the chance to repossition and gain advantage...that is a good outcome. If you are the guy diying, ofcourse is shitty... but tactiacally? Not bad.
Died like a true Mandalorian. He redeemed Clan Viszla. His ancestor laid the foundation of Mandalores downfall, and now he helped to reclaim it for his people. This is the way.
I love how Praetorian Guards simply appears from nowhere, kill Paz and go away without say a thing It's like they are just death bringers, they didn't even look like human beings
Imperials had beskar and jetpacks. Paz was also tired from the rampage he caused all by himself when 3 Protectors surrounded him like predators against their prey.
He should've never died but this is the most fitting way for him to go out. I feel bad for his son too, he didn't get to say goodbye😢 Paz was my fav character from The Mandalorian and will be remembered forever. R.I.P.
This is a great end to his arc. Pazs when from one of the most distrustful characters in the show and he ended up giving his life to save his former enemies so they could rescue his rival.

I just can't believe that Paz Vizsla is dead. I hate to think of how his son Ragnar will take the news. I know all too well how it feels to lose someone whom I loved that I was very close to when my dad died from congestive heart failure on March 4, 2012.

The Praetorian guard are more formidable in numbers. If it was one, Paz may have had a chance to survive.
