Are these two not quite unique today. They sing in a manner that is totally unadulterated by external or commercial influence. There is a pristine quality to the veracity of their idiolects that is the essence of pure singing. There is no pretense, no histrionics, just the naturalness that come from familial harmonising. This is something special. Thank you both.
This is an absolutely perfect performance of this song! I have listened to many artists make their best attempts at it yet no one (even including the Browns) can do it better than Hugh P and Maria. I have played the song at least a hundred times and never get tired of it. The fact that Maria is as cute as a button doesn’t hurt anything either!
Simply magical and heart-refreshing! - I only wonder why such charming summer dresses as are worn here by the lovely Maria Doherty are so seldom seen on young girls and women these days.
