stiv is such an underrated artist outside of the punk scene, he released such great music solo and in multiple bands and had great opinions, a great sense of humor, he really deserves more credit
@@steveanderson3188 Thanks I just found out right after I posted. Didn't realize how completely underrated Brian James is as a guitarist. Blues meets punk. I think the lords are also forgotten.
@@mitsygitsy4761 he is a great guitarist although he is no fan of rehearsing so his performances these days can be hit or miss but he is a real pioneer of rock'n'roll guitar. The Lords are criminally forgotten
@@steveanderson3188 I've been studying them like crazy. "Holy War' literally brings me to tears. The lyrics are like a punch to the gut. Even 'A Gun Called Justice' is amazing. I noticed James guitar style with 'Tge Dammed' definately American Blues rock and Psychadelic era inspired style.
