Mikhail Baryshnikov explains the genesis of The Old Woman

Following the story of a struggling writer who cannot find peace with himself, Mikhail Baryshnikov and Willem Dafoe star in Daniil Kharms' 1930s political novella and pitch-black comedy The Old Woman (November 21-23 in Zellerbach Hall), adapted by Darryl Pinckney and directed by Robert Wilson (Einstein on the Beach).
