I love this memory ... I used to listen to this recording over and over again. Her touch on the piano was unusual and beautiful.

Alicia de Larrocha was/is one of the greatest pianists.. Ever.. Her playing was unique, absolutely gorgeous, regardless of the fact that she was playing Mozart (they called her LADY MOZART), ALBÉNIZ, Ravel, Scarlatti or Schumann.. Alicia was One of a kind!! A role model for current pianists all around the world, and without making faces all the time!
