I know a few people who live in Parma. They all said the same thing that people are saying about their police department. Speed traps everywhere, especially 25 MPH zones, and they will pull you over if you're black or if you have a certain color car or certain color windows. Proof is in the pudding.

The home values have remained stagnant or dropped over the last 30 years in Parma. Stay away. The numbers and facts are there.

From Batteries Plus Bulbs at 0:26 to Fitworks at 0:34 there are more than a dozen storefronts with no visible parking (one SUV stopped for loading in what appears to be a no parking zone). There are no side streets. Presumably there is parking behind the stores or maybe behind the camera.
@@bipolarvortex it looks normal to me. I guess if you want large outdoor malls with lots of jumbo SUV parking or something it wouldn't be ideal. I'm used to parking and walking.

I remember going to all the store before they built the Mall around the stores in the early 60's

I strongly advise people not to visit or shop in the City of Parma or Parma Hts, if you choose to ignore my warning at least protect yourself by installing video and audio recordings inside and outside your vehicles in order to protect yourself from setups, intapments, harrasment from an out of control RACIST Police Departments.

Not only NEVER shop there Dont open up a business in Parma if you do Parma Police will make sure that it shuts down like they did Parma Town Mall, the company that purchased the property there soon will find out it was a horrible investment, the P.P.D will make sure of that.
