Rumour had it he would have cost 3 million to buy him then . Wouldn’t even buy Beckham’s wardrobe today !

I was actually banging the big drum on the Town End when he ran up to take that free kick against Fulham. When he scored everything inlcuding the drum sticks went up in the air. He wasen't going to take the free kick at first but Ian Bryson said let him have a go and the rest as they say is history. Thank You Steve, PNE till i die

@pne2009 how did they? he was signed aat 14 he didn't go on loan till he made it into the squad, therefore he was already good enough for MUFC. PNE showed his potential even more. Beckham played 5 games. PNE DID NOTHING!
