I have a problem and have always had a problem with naturally producing vibrato since a kid, it’s singing smooth I have problem with. So there you have it. Not everyone is the same. Clearly Connie does vibrato naturally.
I don't even know how much I try to do vibrato, I found it a bit much in every word she sang, but I couldn't do it any better, especially as a six year old. I was chosen for our musical at school at 12 to sing in a few songs because they felt I was good enough but come on, that's a musical that every last grade before junior high does and it doesn't mean anything. I know my voice can be quite nasal nowadays and wouldn't dare to sing in front of anyone lol.

Many people don’t understand how difficult it is to sing without music or any instrumental keys. She was pitch perfect! At least in my unpremeditated ear. A child’s voice singing that song, without instruments……it’s the only way I will ever listen to it again. When you hear her singing, it brings up every memory I ever had as a child to better my life. Best rendition of the song I’ve ever heard.

I've always said that nobody can come close to Judy Garlands version of this song, her version is pure perfection. But her version is up there with Judy's, this young lady is remarkably talented.
Looking back now that I'm a grown up, I understand and appreciate more and more Simon's decision to not sign her. She was too young and he only wanted to protect her, her childhood and her talent. He certainly didn't want her talent to go to waste. I think it was a hard but wise decision. Thanks Mr Cowell. Thanks to her family and him, she grew up to be an amazing young lady.

Her voice IS BEAUTIFUL and I was in tears the entire time. Her raising the key half way through was probably due to her singing a'capella, but it was still an AMAZING performance. She's a natural born singer, hopefully soon to be a star.
