  • In episode 6 about landscape photography on location in Iceland we drive from Mývatn to the West coast. We make a quick stop at the Greenland Sea to photograph Hvitserkur, before we arrive at Kirkjufell, the famous mountain that was abundantly featured in Game of Thrones.

    What a beautiful world we live in, at least the areas we humans haven't made a mess of already. That bizarre rock made me think of the remains of one of the Titans: Coeus, the pillar of the North in Greek mythology. Nice results once again.

      Many thanks Chris. Iceland does indeed feel untouched. It's such a great place for landscape photography.

      Hi. Thank you. It's one of my favourite images from my trip.
      It's a Rab jacket and it is very very warm. ;-)

    Love the vlog and pictures and music is great as well.. Do you mind Sharing your thoughts on non WR lenses. Do we need WR? I can see you only have 23mm for WR

      @ChristopheVanBiesen  Před 5 lety

      I honestly did not have a single issue with the non-WR lenses. And I took them into some pretty wet conditions. See the first video of my Iceland series. ;-)

    Hi Christophe, great shots! Iceland is definitely a place I would like to visit. A bit far from Australia though. I cannot help but notice that you have no new content, may I ask why this is? I’m guessing work. As a Fuji shooter myself, you are missed.

      Hi there! Thanks. Iceland sure is not around the corner when you are in Australia... :-)
      Sorry that I have only uploaded a couple of videos last year. Work and family life has kept me very busy. I'll hopefully manage to make some new videos this year.

    The image at 10:37 is absolutely amazing! I would love to visit Iceland one day! It's definitely on my bucket list. I've subbed to your channel. I've just started vlogging myself and i'm trying to learn the ropes of video. It's a very steep learning curve! If you get a chance I'd really appreciate your feedback on my first attempts. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing more!
