That’s a tanggula server problem.
Heads up, If you have the old version and do the update "ALL Favs" will be deleted.. So if you want to catalog them do so before updating.. I just took a bunch of screenshots with my phone... Not sure about the newer version.... Thanks for the vid btw...

I now see the file is downloaded on my box several times and does not uninstall when prompted, so how do i delete all previous downloads of version 17 so i can install 18?
Also having buffeting issues sometimes with some sporting channels after trying two different ones.

Jason my tang tv is still working without the update , tanggula said they would let me know ,wonder if it has to be changed by the end of the month
I'm not sure why they don't want people to do the upgrade. But they are only telling the people without the TAS app not to do the
upgrade.
One other thing that I was told to do, while you are in SETTINGS, is to update the EPG.

There’s no real fix for that. It’s there servers.
My box will not install the 18 update, I've uninstalled 17 and downloaded 18 several times. keeps saying App not installed

The other way is download it to your computer onto a flash drive, then install it on the box.

I'm not sure, Try using hotspot just to see if you can connect. If you can then your router (ISP) might be blocking you.

If you have the TA Store, there is a Tangtv22 update. If you don't have the TAS then yes this is the latest version (Tangtv18)

@@JasonTech The Elite Max does come with the TA Store App. I don't see an option to uninstall the app, only the update.
They change it, just hit the tangtv22. It will update.

How do I get the remote you talk in to ,to work
The remote that comes with the X5 doesn't have a mic. If you get a remote with the mic option. It will be very limited, this box isn't setup for a mic.

Same here, they sent me one too. It works with google question, like "weather for today" and CZcams. I couldn't get it to work with anything else.

@@JasonTech uninstalled my Tanggula and then go to your website and click on link that doesn't work. Luckily I was able to find Tanggula app again.
Tanggula link was removed, so they sent me this update. This is the only way I can give you the update. Someone kept hitting the download button, so the link was getting overloaded. This link has been download over 500K time. I don't have 500K views on this video. Someone is just being an A$$. Just helping you guy to get your boxes back up and running.
