Hi Jason, just update my X1 tang box to .18 thank you for your video. The problem i have is when I play series episode is will not play the next episode automatically I have to force stop tang tv and go back in to get next episode.?👍👍T

I just tested 3 different models of boxes, they all are giving the same message. I just sent them an email just waiting to hear back. I will keep you posted.

Hi. No, don't do the update it won't fix this. They got back to me, they said "We are working on the issues it will be back up soon".

I have the same issue since 3/30/ 24 . I had a chat with them and they say they are doing maintenance and did not know when it will be fixed.

I went to the website and downloaded the Tupdater app but once i press update it says device is ok but then the bar never fills to download the updated version. Any suggestions?
You didn't go to the right site because the app you need to download is TangTV not Tupdater. If you are having problem, download it onto a flash drive and manual install it on the box. If you do it this way, delete the app first. Then install the new version.
Any idea when they're going to fix tangtv?

Yes,I did a chat with them as well and they said same thing.I also have a superbox elite 2 for 2 years and it has never went down this long.with superbox it's a few hours,not days like this. I am worried they r phasing out the x1 and trying to make you upgrade to the x5 or elite boxes. The longer this takes the more I think that is what is going on?but maybe the x5 and elite boxes are doing the same thing idk? I thought that is why we have a back up app (tars) if this happens but there both down, shame on tanggula they have lost points with me so next time I upgrade it won't b a tanggula box!

No you can't.
Are you sure I chatted with the company and they said all of them are capable of recording
Not as a dvr, you can only record the channel you are watching and you can't pick a time.
Does this fix the buffering issue?
It's better, but no.
I do this on my PC and put it on a small USB stick and copy it over and run it on the box

Hi. It's the latest version that comes with the 2023 Edition model. I just noticed less buffering.

Is this box has any international TV's, anything other than English? If they were smart enough they upload tvs from different countries and they will see how people buying more and more

I am trying to connect my device to the internet but it says wrong password. I can connect to Ethernet but nothing else. Anyone have a solution?
Try rebooting your modem/WiFi. Then try connecting to the WiFi
during the update it saying device already verified and after install the tang tv when i open it it saying your device is not tanggula device
Try going to apps - TangTV - clear data.

Same here. I contacted them and they said they are working on it.
How do you contact them? In the Tanggula app there is a QR code but my "Error #01" doesn't even let me in. The only option I have is to close or quit @@JasonTech

I don't know. I don't have a x1 to test it out. But this is the only update they have on there site.

The box just died, it doesn't turn on?
No just a solid red light they said push a pin tool into A/V opening but it didn't work
@@JasonTech yes red light stays on tried plugging in different outlet and was also told to stick /push a pin tool into AV hole until a screen comes on it never did I'm very disappointed wasn't expecting this
When you hit the reset button, did you unplug the box - hold the button down and don't let go - plug the box back up - once you see the android guy, then let go of the button. I can do a video on this if you like?
