JEEZ LOUIZ, YouToobs!
Don't worry there are still normal Fallout fans like me. By the way have you ever reacted to The Band Nightwish !!!
"Thou shalt get sidetracked by bullshit every goddamn time." If that doesn't tell you the showrunners got the vibe of Fallout down I don't know what will.
Hahaha, written like someone who has played 2000+ hours of Fallout games. 👍
That needs to be on a shirt.
@@testfire3000that's Nolan for sure. He know deep stuff about this crazy world. And that's simple beautiful.
Most everybody: These captured Raiders present an ethical dilemma.
Mo, and all Fallout players: They're Raiders, let's just fuckin' kill 'em.
Props for knowing who Johnny Pemberton is, I’ve been waiting to see a reaction where he gets recognized.
Also, super clever of Nolan and his writing team to have Thaddeus describe a “Lord of the Flies” situation after giving him the VERY Fallout flavored backstory of being a sh!tter
I live that Morgan looks like the Party Girls Podcast cover art 😂
Blacklist: I was afraid when I started Oppenheimer they were going to go full-The Majestic, (aka Seinfeld “The Outing” or “We’re not gay, not that there’s anything wrong with that” ep.) Do a whole, “I just went to the meetings to get laid, but even if I did believe in that stuff it’s not like there’s anything wrong with that, this is America and we can believe whatever, blah, blah, blah.”
I legit thought he was like 24 wtf! Only seen him in 21 jump street but he's hilarious! Reminds me of Tim Robinson
When I saw the scene with the squire and the gulper I thought for sure Max was gonna tear the squire in half trying to get him out.
That's what I thought too!
Honestly tho
I was expecting a popsicle situation with the legs…
This is actually the 3rd time Jonathan Nolan has used Ramin Djawadi to compose one of his shows. He first used him back in 2011 to score his first TV project 'Person of Interest' starring Michael Emerson & Jim Caviezel.😊
20:36 your editing cracks me up 😂😂
I won’t stand for this Norm slander.
We’re not looking at it from the same vantage point here as you are now. Think about it.
@@SeanTanktop haha I know. I wasn’t being serious 😂
Thanks for the video team! And no, I didn't think that Norm would do anything nefarious. :)
I’m getting Wicker Park / Lakeview vibes from you guys and loving it
Yeah, they’re Chicago for sure.
Logan! 🙌🙌🙌
14:15 EWWW, that is hideous!!!
...
Oh, and there's a Gulper too!
8 Heads In A Duffel Bag you should make an exception for. Such a funny film.
I think Max only pulled that guy by the hair.
And the guy jerked his head back because of the pain.
While with the boss thief, Max actually went for a crushing motion.
There’s more Pre-War story to Cooper between these scenes and the opening scene, but I will say Barbara Howard especially in smaller acting choices caught on screen is a very interesting foil character for both Cooper the Ghoul and Hank McClean
I hope we get a character chugging a Nuka Cola at some point
It's an alternate world AND and alternate timeline.
That's why the weird mix of 1950's and 1960's tech with the retro future feel.
The idea is technology developed down a different pathway... I think?
I don't know, I saw a video on it once and it made since to me.
They never developed microprocessors, and relied on vacuum tubes instead (causing all the bulky tech). And instead they focused on making fusion power actually work, plus robots.
10:37 Serenity! 😁
8 Heads in a Duffle Bag, is a movie to add to the list.
The Hollywood Finger Monster. Weinstein confirmed
Make way for the new THROAT GOAT!
Nancy Reagamphibian
THUMBSUP!!! "GIANT SMILE" 😀
The squire bags are a running (literally) joke referencing all the gear we carry in the games and how we load up our companions with gear also. Here in the show, we have the companion carrying all the gear. 🤣😆
I just finished season 1 yesterday evening, and I need season to injected into my veins.
On the chronology, the 50's-early 60's continued for like 110 years. McCarthyism wasn't a passing thing, it was the dominant ideology for like a century. Then the bombs. Also, this world never invented the semiconductor (ambiguously). Supposedly, there's vacuum tubes running everything, which is why the technology looks different.
7:00 I love how Dustin being so bad at explaining Fallout lore ("it takes place in the 1960's, in the same timeline as our own") is rapidly creating compounding plot holes like "Why are there robots everywhere?" and "Why is nobody racist?"
Coop didn't want to do the thumbs-up because it reminds everyone of fallout shelters at a time when everyone is scared that the bombs will fall any second, and he thought that was tasteless.
Does 8 Heads In A Duffel Bag count? Or is that not box enough? 😂😂
Your Mom has eight heads.
13:24 I would have been more surprised if that didn’t happen 15:17 I got Ryan Reynolds’s energy from this guy
Morgan got that Danny McBride energy in This Is The End.
Barton Fink is another head-in-a-box movie.
In this episode, there were a few references to the first Fallout game.
7:37. “Maybe”. Iconic song by the Ink Spots, which served as its opening and ending theme.

czcams.com/video/DDc-b8lJ0yA/video.htmlsi=qoWemnFN_KKQypVD (contains spoilers about the game’s ending. But hey, it’s been 27 years. If you haven’t played it by now you probably aren’t going to)
20:01. The malfunction of Vault 13’s water chip is what kickstarts the plot of the original game. To save his/her people, the “original” Vault Dweller (the player character) ventures out into the wasteland of Southern California, encountering raiders, ghouls, deathclaws, supermutants and- in what would become a series tradition- his/her best friend, Dogmeat. A common complaint from players at the time was how rushed they felt, as there were only a few in-game months before the vault perished.
awesome reaction, also Mo is legitimately terrifying! no really, she's fkn scary!
We will all be her servants in the apocalypse
@@SeanTanktop 🤣🤣🤣
Trying to give you a thumbs up , but every now and 5hen yoube tube doesn't let me. WTF ? 👍
There's a really good movie called Crazy in Alabama where an abused housewife kills her husband and carries his head with her through the country in a fancy hatbox. Morgan needs to watch it, if she hasn't already.
lol, she made mention of it in the intro dawg
Johnny Pemberton sounds exactly like Charlie Day 😮
Very much in the same vein
New sub, happy sub
You honor us sir!
Norm is the cowardly lion, to call back to your earlier comment.
Ah that makes sense
8 heads in a Duffle Bag with Joe Pesci.
Birmingham, "AB"?
AL 😂
@@Gideonite No, it clearly says, "AB."
Ah typo
what's with the beeping shit? you didn't do that in the last video ...
Yeah trying out something that can keep us from getting demonetized. Not a fan, but gotta make it out here in these innanet streets
@@SeanTanktop could you just mute? the beeping is distracting (especially when you guys go on a fuck streak in your commentary) ;-)

codpieces used to be fashion accessories when chivalry fell out of fashion, after the 14th century.
noblemen wore codpieces to formal gatherings much like one would wear wristwatches or cufflinks.
having a well maintained piece was a sign of wealth and status.
you keep saying 60's. I do not think it is the 60's so much as the retro futurism visions of the mid 50's. kinda like the dangers of robot sex video from Futurama.
The pre-war culture is fairly straightforward: imagine the wistful romanticism of the 50s and 60s Atomic era perpetuated for 100 years (seemingly having solved the Civil Rights challenges) with nuclear power manifesting in near every industry, but culturally cycling the real iconography of that period including the jingoism, brinksmanship, and ultracapitalism
Yes, and we literally say that here and in previous vids.
But as 2 out of 3 newbs, the songs, cultural norms and terms are all from a recognizable American historical period…. The mid-50s to mid 60s. Literally unchanged cultural touchstones are causally floated here and with minimal changes in substance or context….. and that’s how we deduced it. As a literal first time viewers.
This is from our own history that we know and have been taught and recognize.
Not from a vidja game. Atleast not yet, this show makes one want to play it.
It's unsettling how little imagination or empathy youse guys have for non-gamers. Sorry if you're catching this rebuke unwarranted, just had some time and thought I'd elborate on the non-gamer mindset.
@@SeanTanktopi was never a big fan of the games and I love the show but man gamers are the worst and most gatekeepy "actually 👆🤓" ppl there is online..
They assume if you haven't played the game you're an idiot who doesn't understand context or nuance in a show written to be understood by non gamers 🤦.
I noticed fallout reaction videos get the worst type of commenters too. Right wing redditors who think they're a smart lol.
Fr... "Titus was killed." is all that needed to be said. Come the eff on!!!
First! Gimme my cookie!
🍪
@@SeanTanktop cheers 🥛
What's with all the language censoring?
Uncensored language affects monetization.
So annoying, they have never done this before
If you don’t like it? Talk to YT. They’ve been demonetizing, or Limited ads us left and right. Gotta make a living. We’d really rather not, but we’re trying it out see if it helps

fallout as a franchise is just making fun of capitalism and how caught up we are in it, which is why I love that amazon is the producer hahah
Yeah pretty hilarious
