Hello mam,😀 making almost same soup since 6 months with all the veggies in my refrigerator, using almost 15 to 18 of them including greens. At times I add boiled peanuts, sprouts or boiled grain. I am using cow ghee instead of sesame oil and lemon juice in place of veniger.
It's really awesome and amazingly healthy.

We used to make "Ragi Ukad" or "Rice flour Ukad" with.... Chilli + Garlic paste +++ salt +++ Ragi or Rice Flour mixed with water & khatta Chhas +++ pour this liquid into oil + hing + haldi.... Cook well.... What we get is "UKAD" which is a slight thick solid consistency snack... Serve hot... We can add oil upon it (optional) while serving...

2 questions
1. Can we add 1tbsp lemon juice instead of apple cider vinegar ? If we doesn't have it right now in lockdown period.
2. What do you mean by sprouted ragi flour .?? I have organic ragi flour so can I use it directly or I have to do something before mixing in the water.??
