Well done Greg. I created the burger and I'm happy you had a chance to make and eat it.
It's nice that people enjoyed what I created and I also agree that it was completely ridiculous in richness and price.
    Good luck with your channel.

You looked kinda "knackered" as the Brits would say, like it took a lot out of you? What was the cost of the ingredients? Also, was it a ripe mango or unripe? The unripe are very sour and are a feature in some Indian (subcontinent) dishes, so that could help cut some of the richness. Great job, as always!

It seems that you don't know your beef meat at all. Ribeye is a cut of the cow, Wagyu is the breed. Wagyu is a breed of cattle originally imported to Japan centuries ago and from there have evolved into a uniquely Japan premium breed through the rearing process.
There's a distinct difference between Fullblood and purebred wagyu, Basically, one is Wagyu Mom + Wagyu dad, and the other is tainted - a mudblood / half breed. Going on, Kobe is a specific ranch and an area of Japan that has such premium and brand status because of the quality of their Wagyu cattle through the generations of breeding standards, that they are essentially the Louis Vuitton of beef.
Beef is graded based on its marbling of MBS 1 through 12. USA grading is based on the USDA certification of 3 grades, Prime, Select and Choice with MBS typically running only 1-5. Typical wagyu is of MBS 4-8 and Kobe is of much higher standards 6-12. Your "Kobe-styled" is a load of bullshit and is probably a fraction of the standard and price. A premium quality A5 MBS 11 Kobe vs the fake Kobe your using is of vast difference
