You have taken it apart, but not shown how to repair wobbly diaphragm ring? Or most importantly, how to put it back together. What is the cleaning liquid you use? We know it is 93%, but 93% what? IPA maybe, but it has a blue tint?
Wobbly Diaphragm ring is harder, usually its due to wear - it can be diagnosed, is the inner mechanism wobbly, is the ring, is the retainer?. Due to the cheap cost of a lens - I would advise to source another part from a broken lens. Cleaning liquid is 93% IPA technical. This particular one has colour and 0.01% oil additives so people done drink it.
