Marbles will randomly select which soldiers to spawn. Soldiers will automatically move towards the enemy base and fire at nearby enemies.

I think machine guns and possibly mortar or artillery vehicles in the late game to replace grenadiers would have been an awesome addition to this concept. This is and awesome game either way and while I know you're not prone to repeats, this one would definitely make an interesting series, especially with different trench spacing or even more jagged or winding trench shapes.

Blue: “quantity over quality!” *presses 200 riflemen button*
Battle timestamps
0:00-The two enemy forces dig in for a defensive position
0:05-The red team releases its first forces which entrench themselves as a defense
0:10-The blue team also releases its first battalion whom dig in and await an enemy attack
0:30- Both sides take the first closest trench to their base and begin to move on
0:50-First blood
1:00-A power struggle begins as both sides fight for the No Man's Land
1:19-The red team decides to skip the No Man's Land and head straight for the enemy teams Trench
1:53-The red team successfully takes the No Man's Land
2:18-The red team is unable to take the next blue trench due to the severe amount of enemies defending it
2:41-Both teams send a massive push forward to attempt to break the stalemate
2:58-The blue team musters up another massive charge of units to overwhelm the red team
3:20-The red team successfully repels the blue attack, but loses much of their force
3:35-The red team releases a great force in order to overwhelm the blue team
3:50-The blue team does the same, releasing a massive force to counter the red teams tired soldiers
4:16-The two sides throw everything they have at each other again, resulting in a great clash
4:25-The blue team easily repels the red team, and moves on to take one of their trenches
4:36-The blue team easily plows through the enemies ranks, taking another trench and getting very close to the red camp
4:43-The red team launches a defensive assault, taking back one of their trenches and keeping the fighting far from camp
4:59-The red team launches a large attack, taking another trench, and spotting the enemies approaching with great numbers
5:03-The blue force easily pushes past the tired red force, before moving on to take another trench
5:18-The red team, out of options, sends two tanks, their last resort in to battle to defend their camp
5:54-The blue team send a massive amount of soldiers to defend against the massive machines
6:01-One of the tanks falters under immense fire and goes down
6:36-The second tank goes down. but had pushed the blue team back into blue territory, giving the red team time to recover
6:58-The blue team deploys their own tank, and groups a massive force awaiting the red teams attack
7:02-The blue team releases their massive group of soldiers to conquer the red team and push them back
7:32-Despite the red teams numbers, they are defeated and pushed out of the No Man's Land
7:48-The red team is pushed out of another of their trenches, and begin to lose the fight
7:58-The blue team continues forward, and take another enemy trench, they are just one away from eliminating the red team
8:02-The red team fights brutally for every foot of ground, eliminating wave after wave
8:10-The blue team breaches the enemy camp, and takes the last trench, making them the victors

this is how trench warfare works, all the soldiers stay in the hole until the officer arrives

Found these, a year later while drunk and snacking on some blue cheese and they are incredible fun to watch. Gonna binge the whole series
I really like the new mode, but I think it could do with a progress indicator somewhere on the bottom
Thanks! Originally I had a minimap which showed the full map at the bottom, but removed it because it was too busy. I think a progress indicator like a simple line would probably work better - thanks for the suggestion!

A few weeks ago there were a few videos popping up about some sort of WW1 stick figure game, and combined with inspiration from Z Arcade's similar war videos, I wanted to see how it would look with 3D bouncing marbles

Red did good but blue had all the guys stuck at the start so their defense was too strong and it was inevitable that once they were let loose they would win
