Mrs MLG is excited to try the new Winterfell Plains crackle paint from Green Stuff World, this is the first time we have used it and Mrs MLG wanted to see what it looked like over 3 bases, two blue and one brown so here we go.

Ooo this looks intresting, do you know how it interacts if you mix paint in with the effect? maybe inks so you could slightly tone the crackel effect ?

I don’t, but it is thick and white when you apply it, not sure if mixing it would change its performance? If you try it let us know 😃

Would've been nice to see at least one of the bases dry naturally without using the hairdryer.

Not very helpful, to be honest. I would have understood if you wanted to show how fast-drying *one* base would look, but all three? There's no way to compare if to how slow-drying bases would look like.

Hi, the idea of the video is to show the crackle paint over different colours to give an idea of uses and what it looks like over blues and browns for various bases and uses. I am not sure what you mean by comparing it to slow drying bases?

@@MightyLancerGamesMy point is that the look of the crackles could be different. In another YT video, the artist held the hairdryer just a little bit too close to the surface, resulting in bubbles. Not sure if that it the case here, too, but the surface finish could be different.

Of course different drying environments could result in different results thats all part of the fun of hobbying, experiment and enjoy the process
