"Isn't losing difficult for all of you? A challenge where, ending up on your hands and knees, you must see if you can stand up again? If you stay on your hands and knees, that proves that you are weak."
With the recent ending of the Haikyuu manga, I thought it would be appropriate to put out this video essay and analysis on what I think is Haikyuu's Greatest Lesson. Even though the video essay and content itself is based largely off of S1-S3 of Haikyuu, the lesson extends throughout the entire manga as well.
I had been sitting on this topic for a bit, but I finally got around to completing this one. Had to adjust it slightly and voice Takeda-sensei's line myself since I wasn't able to use the actual audio.
Would it be that we would all have the fortitude to grow from our failures.
OSTs used (in order):
S2 #16 - Illusionary Hero
S1 #19 - Goal
S2 (vol 2) #12 - Regret and Motivation
S1 (vol 2) #23 - Team Potential
S1 (vol 2) #24 - Conclusion

As a manga reader, this hits hard, because the manga ended in a way where the final chapters/arc was like an epilogue for hinata and Kageyama, and shows how much they have grown since middle school, and even Oikawa grows, training harder than everyone to have that single moment in the last chapter. God I can’t say anything more, without spoiling, but this video really really reflects on the overall theme of the series, that it’s not about win or loose but it’s the path you choose❤️ (I commented on your last video, but I am the reddit user who asked for the Ennoshita video, and thank you so so much. ) I will always be looking forward to your next upload
I agree - this video was a little harder for me on an emotional level since I did read the ending of the manga when it came out a few weeks ago: I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
And I'm also super happy you enjoyed the Ennoshita video too, since I only made it because you commented on that Reddit post! I had a lot of fun making it. I hope you have a wonderful day, wherever in the world you are :D
I second that as I am subscribed already
I love this vidio and its very encouraging I like that you explained that haikyuu isn't just intertaining us but teaching us to work hard and believe in our dreams
THANK YOU!
Oikawa was just getting started guys.....
That he was haha
The greatest lesson in Haikyuu!! is...
In the chapter *365* (For me)
Adi Buu that literally made me cry😢
@@isasantos3964Thanks you... Takeda sensei 😢
...growing stronger
Really good content! Surprised you don’t have more subs
Honestly failure doesn't bother me, as long as I can play, the fun I have is not on the result but on the activity
That's all I had to say about the beginning of your video, except that, good content tho
That's awesome that failure doesn't bother you! It took me a long time to learn that particular lesson
Thanks for watching!
more please!
I want to comment something intelligent but I'm at short for words. Amazing video
