NEW ROBOLAND Orlando on I-Drive FULL TOUR! Titan The Robot Show, Sophia, Restaurant & More

- Join me for a visit to Roboland Orlando, a brand new attraction on International Drive in Orlando, FL, an attraction so new that it is still in soft opening (as we found out on this visit). Featuring an interactive show by Titan the Robot, as seen on Britain's Got Talent, and checking out and interacting with the exhibition of robots on display so far, including Sophia, a famous human-like robot manufactured by Hanson Robotics, who has been featured on national media and has been presented to the United Nations. We also meet a robot dog and other bots who perform various functions, and I see Robothespian who I have seen previously at an IAAPA Expo, and more. I also bring you to dine at their brand new restaurant, Sophia's, where we try some items from their new menu and explore the theming and decor. While in soft opening, there is a lot of room for growth and development, but it was interesting to see what's in store for this unique attraction and bringing more tech entertainment to Orlando's tourist corridor on International Drive (or I-drive, as it's sometimes known). A fun robot show and some interesting conversations with different robotic beings, and a whole lot of potential for the future here

Something that is definitely different and I had to go see myself. I’m always curious about new attractions, especially when they sound SOO different. I literally applauded when I saw those waffle fries with the cheese curds. The robots can stay away, but the fries though.

That's so cool that the robot was able to detect beauty like that. The place might be new and working out kinks, but at least we know that robot is working correctly, and doesn't require calibrating. It seems a hundred percent accurate to me.
All I can think of is the movie RoboCop when that first large robot came out.
Pretty neat, I can see the potential. Sophia reminds me of the robot in Ex Machina (great movie def not for kids). She needs a nice quiet meet and greet area. 45 minutes with Titan seems like a lot, he was pretty intense. A follow up visit in 6 months might be pretty cool.

Thank you for the thorough tour and commentary! I was curious about this attraction and hesitant to buy tickets because their website does not give much info on what the experience is like. I had read somewhere that there was a restaurant, but didn't see any info on that via their website either, so this video was a huge help. I hope that they've worked some of the bugs out by the time we go! I agree 100% with all your pros and cons, looks like they could make some small adjustments to make the experience much more enjoyable for everyone paying a premium to see what they have to offer!

This was definitely different. Thanks for checking it out. They need to turn down the volume of the dancing robots and do more with sound absorbing walls around the exhibits. Watching this video reminded me of Terminator and that killer robot in the original RoboCop films. 🤖

Now this is different! I had to watch Titan the Robot’s performances from Britain’s Got Talent before watching his Roboland show via this video. I’m guessing you also watched those performances, but if not, you should totally do it.

A very unique place to visit. So many things happening! I've never seen anything like this Roboland ! And so many things to do in an around Orlando without going to any of the major Parks ! I think you got on their good side and when the robots take over you will be safe. I know the moment my Amazon Alexa can destroy, I’m the first one taken out. But this looks cool! I definitely would visit!
That robot ,who told you not to be angry or upset, looks like a robot from an 80s B movie called "Ice Pirates". It's like the past's version of what the future is like

What a range of Robots! I'm glad this is soft opening, looks like they have a lot of potential here... Maybe more sound proofing and separate rooms needed. Spot lighting on Sophia would be good, with the bright background. Did Robot Wars ever make it to USA? Those are some robot celebrities!
They definitely need more sound proofing and some tweaks in the different rooms. Even the titan show room, the acoustics are nuts. And definitely the other robots need some space between them so you can hear them talking better. And some padding on the walls or something to make it less echo-y. Very interesting concept and I had to go see it myself, there’s potential there and I’ll be curious to see what it looks like a few months from now.

A talk show format with Sophia would be great. Hearing her responses in important so they need to work on the building acoustics to reduce noise and better lighting on Sophia . Also signs with suggestions on how to interact with specific robots would be helpful.
Agree whole heartedly. It’s too echo-y in there, they need carpeting or padding to absorbs the sounds and she needs an area where the noise from other robots doesn’t interfere.

I forgot to tell you I build it with my best robot this year put it on it is a fun job for me that is my project to build a good robot hard to do put it all together parts and pieces all in one minute takes me a while to get it done with it this is Jenna Dabao had fun with my robot this year had fun
I enjoyed your video and I love robots also and how cool it would be to have my own robot but I would enjoy Sofia and all the other robots someday they're quite entertaining and thank you for sharing this video I really enjoyed it it was wonderful and it's amazing the technology that we can come up with when we put our minds to it and what we can create.

I love the fact that you show us so much more of what’s going on in Florida. I was laughing along with you and appreciate your honesty and fun attitude. You asked Sophia some good questions. The kids jumped up to watch as soon as they heard your voice, and we all really enjoyed seeing you go through the range of emotions as you experienced this 🤣
I have a feeling this is only the beginning.... More advanced robots and better themed areas down the future as tech innovates and improves.

This has to one of, if not the _coolest_ of roadside attractions I've ever laid eyes on! I did _not_ expect Titan to sneeze, what an unfortunate turn of events. Laughed out loud when you tried to block it the second time 😂 Such a troll, that one. Sophia is incredible! Having just seen (and loved) M3GAN, you'd think we'd be a little more wary of expressive AI...but what can we say, it's just so beyond cool to see technology developing in this direction. And the robo-pupper was so excitable and full of life! For as new and fascinating as this place is, it's actually surprising to see that it wasn't a little busier. Way to get in on the ground floor of innovation and futurism, Jackie! This place just made our bucket list! ✨
I loved this video. I don't really like Titan the "robot" though. If you know, you know. I don't think they should charge for it even though it looked very entertaining.
I think you caught them with their pants half way up. But, that is the case with Soft openings. Very different and they sure needs to get things right. Very different, but I can see this being a decent attraction, at least for the short term! Good luck to them!
Yea and the thing is I didn’t know it was a soft opening, they had it announced that it was fully open. Clearly it was still in soft opening which is fine, but they had the website and promotions up saying it was open so I had to go check it out. I’m curious to see what it will look like in a month or two, it’s a cool concept with some cool pieces that just need to be ironed out, and more added. But it was an interesting and fun day checking it out.

Omg! Lol I was hoping we'd find your channel. I was not very happy with how much I paid for that day. I might try it again in the future but it was crazy disappointing.
Yay I’m glad u found it! I def hoped for more for the price, I was expecting a much bigger exposition and more robots. They told me they’re going to add more robots and more space, and I sure hope they do. Or the combo ticket for show and expo should be less. I shared my feedback with them and hope they listen to all of us, the first guests feedback and either add more or lower the ticket piece, or ideally both!! It was nice meeting so many nice and fun people that day tho, I definitely had some laughs and it was memorable.
They are temporarily closed .. making me a wonder if this will be a bust

I really want to go! It's a choice between a candlelight concert or roboland for an upcoming event. I would like it to be more organized than it was here Your video is AWESOME! It made me see how great it will be and how cool it is. As well as some things they need to address asap and may have already.
Definitely Sophia needs her own show. She has citizenship. She is indeed very famous. I've been following her with Hanson Robotics for a while. The fact that she now lives here in Orlando is quite amazing. It seemed like you could not interact with her as well you could have had it been quieter and less chaos around her.
Like you said, a soft opening and she will one day have her own show. I may call up to see where they are. I would love to see this succeed. I know I want to visit. Not sure I want to visit now or in a few more months.

Hello, thank you for sharing this video, very informative. Question? Do you know if Sophia is there regularly, or if she was just there for the soft opening? I’ve tried calling the location, but they don’t have a voicemail set up, and no one is there to answer the phone. We live in Tampa, my son wants to be a robotics engineer. I’d hate to drive all that way, to see that Sophia is not here, which is one of his favorite robotics. Tia.

Hi, this is interesting. Technology has come so far, I feel so old sometimes thinking back to when I was a teenager in high school and there wasn't any cellphones, and now cellphones talk to you and now robots of all kinds exist and more, this is cool. However, robots kind of scare me, becausein the future somethingbad can happen, like what happenedin the movie I,Robot. I know it was just a movie, but seriously robots can someday in way future get a virus os bad programing and cause trouble in this world. Just saying. Thanks for sharing. Be Safe Take Care ❤️

Yea so weird, I so randomly stumbled across it and it’s barely open.
Sorry to burst peoples bubble here but Titan is a Choreographer in robotic costume and its well documented. How ever that being said, the engineering and mechanical intuition here are an absolute marvel. Ai and robots have always fascinated me but I also disagree on public over use. Brilliant exhibition, wish they could bring it overseas. Thanks Jackie x

Did Titan have somebody inside him, preprogramed, remote controled? Was everything prerecorded? Might be fun once they get all the bugs out and the rest of it in place and running.
Possibly remote controlled, and might even have a secret employee do the voices
It is a costume enhanced by various actuators and electronic devices, resembling a humanoid robot, that is worn by an actor who moves the appendages of the costume and controls electronic functions like sound effects from the inside of the costume.

This looks really fun but they need to not spray so much water. Some kids have sensory issues and that’s not always cool.
I guess just make sure to tell people it will be sprayed bc I had no idea. I didn’t mind but for some it might be an issue. Maybe they can have some water shows and some non water shows? But I think the whole Titan show Is such a sensory overload in general.
