Turn to bible and allow CHRIST to be your therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist. No man nor women fits to be one. All are sinners and without glory, all are tempted and suffer the same.
All are expected to REPENT AND BORN AGAIN, to LIVE HOLY AND GO AND SIN NO MORE.
All are weak in the daily fight between their spirit and flesh.
All these therapist, psychologist and psychiatrist, this world provides, can do is:
      to deceive and steal.
They deceived you through all these “diagnoses” and they steal your money, through all the pills which you “need”.
In short: they poison your mind and your overall health, leaving you with neither one.
Therapist, Psychologist and Psychiatrist = Field where no human soul, never ever going to fit of being an help, no matter the among of years spend in “medical schools” or the decree gotten from there.
ALL of us are daily deceived, no matter the walks of life.

It’s interesting to see how ppl diminish the importance of psychological help for those who need it and give irrelevant advice about “be strong” “be adult” “get act together”, “talk to mom” etc.
It seems that there should be more information about the process itself, mental states that ppl can experience.
It’s big work that a person does with their personality, while changing their brains. Which is extremely hard from the biological point of view.
Hugs to Everyone who’s in therapy đŸ€— it’ll help.

Bruh therapy is just paying someone to talk to you. They don’t even do much they just exist as someone you can talk to. They are essentially professional listeners.

It sounds like you may already have supportive people in your life who will drop what they are doing to dedicate an hour to listen to you in a nonjudgmental, objective way. Your support network probably provides emotional support, tools and education to help you navigate challenges in your life you might not have been prepared for, and challenges you to be the best version of yourself.
That's wonderful, and not everyone has that.

Therapy is such a weak minded move. Paying another grown person as a grown person to tell you what a grown person should be doing or how to deal with whatever it is.😅. I've been an addict, I've been in prison, I've been homeless, I've felt suicidal at times, Life really sucks and I hate a lot of sh.t that I "Have" to. I've never called anybody and here I am killing it at life because I am my own consultant as a grown up you should know what the right moves should be. Get at it đŸ’Ș
