  • The Honda Fit was actually in pretty nice overall condition considering it was a former fleet car.
For the exterior, the first step was to wash/ degrease the paint, then clay bar, then remove the former vinyl wrap adhesive, then paint correction, then glaze, sealer and foaming wax.
The interior did not need too much attention. The interior fabric and plastics were scrubbed with dawn dish soap to clean and degrease. All plastics were then treated with 303. The passenger seat did require a fair amount of attention since someone spilled what appears to be an entire soda on the seat.
Overall its a great little daily driver for the price!

    "My pleasure!" Hilarious.
FYI, since you mentioned difficult clear bra removals: Heat it up by pouring very hot water over it. That's probably safer than any chemical method, too.

Ha, if only it were that easy. A heat gun didn't touch it...mineral spirits...acetone...gasoline...nothing touched it. The rapid remover was the only thing that worked. It still took 15 hours to get it off of just the bumper and fenders.

@@ironicallyengineered2486 czcams.com/video/5zQ7Nz828AI/video.html Looks like even he will resort to Rapid Remover when it gets really bad. I'm guessing your case was similar, just more area.
