Thank you Deborah, just what I needed. Last night I could not sleep and was surrounded by a negative energy. I normally watch your readings and this was the first time doing your meditation. At the start my third eye was dark and as the meditation continued it started to clear and I felt a warm glow and tingling sensation going down my spine and at the end there was a light shining through my third eye. I will definitely be doing this meditation again. Thanks you 🙏

Hi everyone and debs, when I listen to these videos and go into meditation, sometimes deeper than other times, I close my eyes and often see images, so I'll share with you now the images from the first play of this communication at first I saw an alien similar to a gray, this turned to a new born, then as debs started removing the dark spots I saw them as a language I could not read , not Greek or Arabic but somewhere in between debs took them away and I saw emojis like the smilly face which turned into the man in the moon classic face. What do you think guys any comments
