I just met my dog and old bird who passed away my bird said “it’s not your fault, I’m proud of you and how far you’ve come and I love you” my dog didn’t say much other than “ I miss you”
I could feel the tears streaming down my eyes and when I woke up I started sobbing. I’ve never experienced something like this and I’m even crying just writing this.
Once I finished this, I took out my earbuds and noticed it was 222, an Angel number I have been constantly been seeing

M M.A. I always see 1’s and 2’s and I take that as I’m planting little seeds and the universe is telling me it’s the right thing to do, so take into a count how you feel personally without anyone else’s opinions when you see the numbers :))
omg...there was a lot of white light and in the middle of the meditation i felt like i was floating. a huge wave came over me and i began to cry and i don't know why but it felt amazing. towards the end there was a female figure but i couldn't see the face.
I am now fully convinced that one of my guides was a lover from a past life. He shows up as this giant eagle and then becomes a transparent male figure. Every time I connect with him we embrace for so long. This time he led me to beautiful places I’ve never seen before. Very amazing experience!

I have to admit that at first I was a bit scared to fully surrender and be completely open to the energies. But as I was continuing to meditate I have experienced energy that felt like unconditional love, understanding and safety.

I have goosebumps all over my neck when I am deep in meditation, and I feel the energy running thru my body. Amazing, I will do it every day to improve.

I tried this although I was a little distracted with some other thoughts releasing everything and just surrenderring to this meditation I felt like a weight was lifted from my body I felt light. was actually falling asleep this is so helpful.
Don't be afraid surrender your thoughts and believe that you are guided and protected by your Angels and try to envision a white light it helps. You'll feel relax and lifted after ☺️
Wow, what an experience! I felt like I was spinning half of the video and then levitated into the clouds and into a golden heaven. I started crying and heard a males voice whom I think was Arcangel Michael.

I’ve been trying to meditate for a couple months now. It’s been on and off, some days yes some days no, some days 10 minutes others 30. Today I don’t think I saw their form, but during I did feel myself levitating, then my stomach and mind were circling around crazily, felt like I was sleeping drunk honestly hahahahaha my hands also got numb as if they were about to lock, but I moved my thumbs out of curiosity to see if it could still move. They could lol but I felt I finally connected and had their presence in me
Thank you Rasa, this was the first meditation where I have felt the notion of floating and feeling weightless. I think I may have blocked the opportunity to receive messages because I was so aware that I could not feel my body I didnt completely surrender. I think my guides knew I was not ready so I will work at it. Your voice is reassuring and filled with love. God bless you! 💛💛💛💛
When I’ve tried to connect in the past one of my guides looked like George Washington, today I saw a faint image of Mount Rushmore and a waterfall... lol I’m so confused 🤦🏽♀️

I have had a beautiful moment with loved ones , my dog , and other relatives , Archangel Michael , Raphael , kissed my fore head and cheeks and blessed me , I had been walking down a path in a long white dress only got so far , and turned bk my beautiful family that are here were surrounding me which was nice , my grand father had a pot of gold money which he was giving me , as well as the angels putting cold coins in my pockets , I felt I did not want to leave , especially my dog Queenie who I loved and had been writing about few days earlier .
The thing was I tried to do this meditation twice today both times phone rang , so I guess it was not the right time , till now

I've connected a few times to my guide in different meditations but this was the first time I felt a breeze all over my left side and touching of my arm, then leg and top of my head, it wasn't a human touch but a wispy soft of touch. It startled me out of my meditation. Its amazing, but it sort of freaked me out.
By the way I know exactly what you are talking about, I took a paracetamol and thought i'd been spiked, HONEST, now I know what that whisper is I feel better, honestly thought I was tripping off paracetamol lol... I was also a bit freaked out

Yes she would describe the exact sensations as I would feel them. Is this coolness that surrounds you the spirit guides coming close to your body? At one point I felt like I was moving very fast through a tunnel or portal I guess it would be. I've never experienced anything this deep before. Im so blown away right now. LOL

I did this mediation just after midnight 8/26 before interacting with a toxic person with a dark energy. I asked my spirit guides (Norse wolves Skoll and Hati- but I’m positive Hati is more prominent right now) what to know, to see, to hear, & understand. They showed me 3 (my birth #) Runes; Uruz- Strength, Energy; Eihwaz- Transformation, Turning Point; and Birkana- New Beginnings, Birth. It’s exactly what I needed in that moment!! Thank you for this meditation 🙏🏼 I became overwhelm and tears just streamed down my face. As you guided to imagine light and energy at the Solar Plexus I became extremely nauseous. Did anyone else feel this? Any guidance as to why?
