This is very interesting as in the mid meditation I checked the time and it was 2:22 . This happened a couple of times on separate occasions. I initially dismissed it as a coincidence.
I did this because somebody messaged me and it was 5:55
i kept asking my two spirit guides about my ex boyfriend who recently passed. they told me âhe is okay, and hes looking out for you. you cant see him yet though. its not your time. the afterlife says its not your time yet. but you will see him againâ đą gave me an odd sense of peace n closure. thank you

I tried it and I didnât seee anyone. I just lights and colors and was very relaxed. Then I started crying. When she told me to open the box I never saw it, but then an image of handcuffs came to mind. I saw one of my spirit guides I think. He had red hair and he was white. The name that popped into my head was josh.

This really worked, I got tears in my eyes. If anyone is trying this and you are not connecting it may be random thoughts popping in your head thatâs distracting you, just address the thoughts and let them go and continue looking at your third eye and eventually you will connect. You really have to let go. Believe in something for once and you will connect. Thatâs the best advice I can give. Thanks so much for this videođ

This was great, I been tryin to find out about "spiritual guidance in relationships" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Banulian Lonameron Breakthrough - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.
I was really afraid to do this but once I started it was one of the best this I have ever done. My spirit doesn't have depicted facial features but more of a white glowing light and it amazing meeting her. She told me her name as asria and give me amazing advice. The object I had was a round edge shape like crystal with a white marble type texture. So what I'm saying is if your scared to do this don't be its defo worth your time.

I don't know if it worked for me, in the box they gave me i found that the "precious object" was a poop... I felt like they were laughing and told me to not take myself too seriously. That was weird but funny.

First time doing one of these and I found it hard to concentrate as I fear the thought of inviting evil spirits. I entered the palace and saw five angels two woman and three men. I was only able to speak to the women the first one began speaking to me making me feel at peace and protected. Her name was Astral I think but Iâm not exactly sure. The other woman answered my questions but I never got her name. The box that I received was empty, but I was okay with that. I feel like I donât need to receive anything as what theyâre doing makes me more than satisfied with my past, present, and future. I am ready.

I met my guide it didn't have any facial features that i could see. It was like an orb of light wearing a hooded robe that what lit in a yellowish white glow. So i will ne going to the crystal shop to get a Tiger's eye necklace to carry with me.

That night I saw my grandma in my dreams sitting right next to me and she was asking about my boyfriend which is a secret to my family. I really wish to see her in everyday dream and talk to her. When I opened the box I saw a butterfly and when I opened my eyes after the meditation there were two butterflies playing right above my head (I was laying down outside) all I could do was smile, so thank you so much for this meditation this was the first time I was able to really connect with my guides!

@@leekatherine9623 for me it was figures, I've never met my Oma (she passed away young) and she was there no physical features but I felt her hand on my shoulder and heard her voice in my head. For me it was more of knowing someone in the same room and you feel their comfortting presence, if that makes sense
This was the most effective guided meditation recording I've ever experienced! I typically fall asleep in the middle and don't feel I've benefited. This time, I met two of my guides that shared names that felt so affirming when I looked up their meanings. They also gave me powerful guidance!!

That was the most amazing thing I've ever experienced. I met 2 Spirit Guides. The first appeared surrounded by blue light that sparkled with very bright silver. He told me his name was Ishmael. Then a second one appeared surrounded by purple light with bright gold sparkles. Both made me think of Stars. He said his name was Mikel. Together they handed me a box that was silver and shining like Stars. All I could do was stare, it was so beautiful and radiated a deep peace. I lifted the lid and looked in but it was infinitely bottomless but I was blanketed with an endless feeling of the purest, most unadulterated feeling ok unconditional love I have ever felt in my life. I had no idea a feeling like that could even be possible. When I opened my eyes, it was 4:44 pm. Then I saw the meditation was 22:22 long. I feel lighter than air, almost like floating. I'm aware of my body but yet don't feel like I've with my body. I feel such peace, calm, and that love from the box is all around me. This is magical, something I never expected to experience. This surpasses any and all expectations I've ever had. I am extremely humbled by this experience and eternally grateful.
I discovered that the presence Iâve felt during the hardest times in my life is actually me... an older and a higher version of me. I saw myself during the meditation and I am not sure how to correlate that to spirit guides ? Can an older version (higher self) of myself be my spirit guide ?

Try lighting a candle and focus on the candle for a minute or two it will ground you. I think you need some kind of grounding exercise first and invite only energies of light and love in. I found this meditation really great, i love this girls voice.

It could be that your spirit guides arenât allowing you to meet them. One of my spirit guides, Evie, told me directly when I asked to see her face that I wasnât ready yet.

When I went to meet my guide(s) at first I saw a scary man with a devil mask on, I told him heâs not allowed and he disappeared, I turned around and it was a man with a gold aura he told me his name was jim( which is my dads name) my dad wasnât really there for me growing up he had a bad drug problem and now is schizophrenic and wonât get help, it was like his personality before the mental health problems got to him it was him from when I was a kid and he was in my life when he gave me the shiny box with mirrors all over it I opened it and it was a note he had wrote me from when I was little that said âdaddy loves you with all his heartâ and he told me keep it with you in you heart and my soul is forever with you and by your side I couldnât help to cry it was so heart touching.
I didnât see anything because I canât visualize what I imagine, but I felt my spirit guides, and when I did, I feel shivers up and down my body and cried my eyes out. Thank you

Be careful when trying to travel out to other dimensions, Iâd not travel to lower dimensions and whoever you meet are not always your spirit guides! Tell yourself that your intention is only travel to the higher astral realms!
I learned I have two feminine guides, Scarlett (dark purple aura) and Ivy (deep green aura). In my box was a plant with a green glow. And they told me that eventually I can connect with deitys through them. And that I should trust myself.

You must trust yourself and believe that you have people looking down on you. What helped me envision everything was whenever I listen to a song I imagine myself in that song making my own safe place to dance and be silly. I donât know thatâs just a thing that helps my visualization methods.

i have three guides. one of them told me ârelease the doubt after the thoughtâ that really spoke to me.
This is so wonderful. Thank you. I was able to meet 2 of my spirit guides. It took me a while to see their appearance. One was a baby and the other was a wolf. Before I got to hear their advice, I was able to hug my spirit guide wolf, it was the most wonderful feeling ever like he knew that I badly needed a hug and I began to feel comforted and the advice I heard was "Work hard and just try your best". They gave me a box and when I opened it the first thing I saw was a very bright white light. It was a bracelet and it was shining so very brightly and I felt protected once again. I only knew one spirit guide's name and it was Ash and I just kept on calling Ash's name onwards.
The hugs I got from my spirit guides were amazing. Best hugs Iâve ever experienced.

so i tried this and honestly i wasnât expected it to work, and if it did work i was afraid of inviting evil spirits to come to me which was mainly why i was hesitant. however i meditated for about 10 minutes (opening my eyes a few times cause i was a little scared), i think i did end up meeting one of my guides! i saw a pale woman with long curly hair, but i wasnât able to make out any of her facial features. i asked for her name and she didnât say anything, but i think iâll ask again tomorrow. she seemed so sweet and inviting :)

There was another pink colour crystal like rose quartz and a pink potion, idk what it is supposed to mean. Anyway I'm grateful for this Meditation and my spirit guides.. Thank you. Oml I fell asleep while this and saw my spirt guides it was the most amazing experience ever they were beautiful.
This is my second time meeting my guides and I cried during this meditation. I know who they all are more than i thought. There was one extra guide with no face but the name johnny, but everyone else i met were family and friends who passed on before and after i was born and the love I felt had me in tears. I cried when I had to leave but I got the messages I needed. Their hugs with their white robes and they gave me a red box with a diamond ring in it. đ they all know I love diamonds and crystals and told me I will be getting this in real life in due time. They kept saying in due time to everything I asked but gave me actual answers as well. Now.. here we go
During meditation I saw really bright green orbs almost orbiting me. I felt really calm and at home. I didnât communicate with them but my body felt the energetic field surrounding me. More practice will be needed but the bright green orbs is what caught my attention. đ
A few months ago I tried it for the first time and I met my guide right away. Thank you for your help with it

Honestly me too. At first i thought it was just normal but then i started seeing it everywhere, on my microwave , buildings , work , stores .. EVERYWHERE.
This was amazing! My guides were Celeste, Jesus, Rosemary, and Raphael. They surrounded me and hugged me and loved me. Itâs was beautiful. The gift in the box was a ball of celestial energy. Brought tears to my eyes. So Grateful. I also ended the meditation at exactly 22:22. Thank you for this!

The trick to to allow your mind to be free, when speaking with your guide dont try to think what they should say but just listen and allow the energy to flow through you.

My grandparents were there. They told me to take care of my mom. Sheâs been through a lot. Also when I opened the box there was a heart in it and a baby .
I had to pause it at the 10 minute mark. I started tearing up when she was talking about going up higher and higher. I thought about my grandma who died 7 years ago. When you talked about the palace i could only think about her and i started crying. I really loved my grandma, but i donât think iâm worth her guidance. She was such a beautiful person. I do not think about her dialy but i really really loved her.

I'm using my deceased partners CZcams and honestly I cried I saw all kinds of lights shapes of people but couldn't make out a name nor did I get to see the gift box...I just felt hurt I'm still grieving yesterday he turned 3 months and I miss him so much.

I've been spiritually guided my whole life not even knowing what was protecting me. When i did this,and this is my first time it was more of a feeling, its warm out side and i got this awesome sensation the chills I'm smiling. Everyone has their own way of doing things .I wouldn't wait to expect something just relax and block out everything. Talk to them is as if they are there and soon you will see messages from them and feel them.

The beams were very white and had a little color to it.
The thing that didnât surprise me much was that one o the guides was a tall armored looking thing. When I asked him for advice, his voice was vey deep but also caring.
I finished the meditation and I realized it was Barbatos.
I can't explain how amazing this was! I'm not one to visualize things but I could feel everything. I had my hands crossed above my stomach and the whole time it felt like there were another pair of comforting hands above mine, as well as another hand on my shoulder and something on my head on the same side. I got a name, some validating advices and this fulfilling sensation of love. Thank you!
