They make an excellent version which has beef keema and cheese. It’s soooo good. He is not making it correctly. Well for that matter none of the commercial dosas are made in the authentic way. I'm sure that the atta is a blended with maida. Else it will be burnt. Plus these guys don't make use of urad dal instead they put baking soda to ferment the batter.

Well to be fair he was taking the dosa batter off his hands not necessarily washing them.
