this is called "Kalai Roti", this is traditional food of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Kalai roti is made with Blk lentils (kaali Dall) powder nd rice powder..... Nd serve with mint+coriander chatni and Brinjal mastred oil paste,.

Baba Ganoush consists the following:
Roasted Eggplant,
Tahini,
Olive oil ,
Lemon juice,
Garlic and Salt.
Adding a bit of ground cummin, smoked Paprika and Parsley gives that extra flavor to it.
I have tasted it with Arabic Bread, grilled meat etc as a dip.when I lived in the middle east.
