If Joe was so fired up at mega Maga during the SOTU address then why won't he debate Trump? Surely he has the cognition to do so.
Trump is a petulant criminal who hasn't a clue about how to act. He'd simply use the 'debate' to jaw on and on about himself and his list of imaginary grievances. He himself chose not to debate the other GOP candidates running. Biden shouldn't lower himself to debate him.

The last time there were debates nothing productive was accomplished. Trump doesn’t know how to debate. Plus he cannot compete a thought.
