Thanks for this video. I run Various pedals into a Tech 21 Blonde as my live rig. Looking for a back up/studio was considering an Iridium, but this looks a better option and cost effective. I imagine it will sound great with a Nobels ODR.

Cara, poder pode! Porém vc vai estar mandando um timbre já finalizado com simul de power amp, válvulas, gabinete, falantes e microfone que já deveria ir pro PA para passar novamente por um preamp, power amp e falante do amp real... acredito que a compressão será violenta e danificará completamente o timbre mas vale a pena testar.

Hi Razian! You can use it last and you'll have a mono signal straight to the mixer/PA system for live shows or straight to your audio interface for home recordings. If you like to use your signal in stereo, you can place the Radar right after the AMT, before the modulations, delay and reverb. And leave your stereo pedal last so you can use the L/R outputs. *Remember not to use the SS20 cabinet emulator. Leave this job to Radar. Show como sempre! Essa dica de set me agradou muito e está anotada! Duas coisas: Uma é que substituiria o MT2 por um distortion mais versátil (de som de igreja à metal) vc tem uma dica de distortion? A outra é, se vc a usou a função Super Stack da ME25? Faça um vídeo à respeito! Vlw e Parabéns!
Olá Carlos, eu uso o DS1 pra essa finalidade. Se vc deixar o drive na posição 12h ele fica um crunch bem legal e bonito se tiver com o Radar, põe um OD antes do DS1 pra empurrar nos momentos mais nervosos :) veja, fiz essa foto ontem antes de ir pro ensaio... hoje já adicionei o MT2 novamente no set. Tá o Ts Mini + DS1 + MT2: instagram.com/p/B1toa03DYrx/ dp farei um vídeo com esse set tb, porque tô usando um IR's Marshall externo.
Já usei a função Super Stack. Em alguns vídeos da Me25 aqui no canal a função tá ativa mas uso bem pouco.

Olá Carlos! Simula o Power Amp + válvula, gabinete com falante ou falantes e o tipo de microfone. E no final há a opção de um EQ se quisermos moldar ainda mais o timbre.

@@hemtamang3641 Many people want their cab sim before modulation, delay and reverb to recreate a setup you may have in a studio where effects are added afterwards via rack gear or plugins. Also if you're using a room/hall reverb to make it sound like a cab in an actual space then it makes sense to place the reverb after the cab sim.

Fala cara. Sim, alguns IRs funcionam bem até sozinhos, sem preamps. Podemos tb usar o EQ do Radar pra repor alguma frequência que porventura estivermos sentindo falta.

Hi Arkava... The noise, 99% of the time, comes from guitars. I suffered from this problem until I decided to use only Dimarzios and Seymour Duncan pickups, Gotoh japanese potentiometers and jacks, good wires in the installation and a lot of attention to grounding. Today I use pedals as the Metal Zone with the drive in the max without Noise Reduction pedals and no problems.

Oi! Uma dúvida. Em alguns impulse response loaders que não tem a opção de simulação de power amp. Faz muita diferença no resultado final? Em caso de ligação em linha? Abraço!!!
Então André, logo quando comprei o Radar na época que foi lançado (foi meu primeiro IR loader), eu usava essa opção do Power Amp sempre ligada só que com o tempo fui deixando de usar por achar que comprime demais o som. Eu nunca estava 100% satisfeito com o Radar e não sabia porque. Dia desses até deletei uns vídeos antigos do Radar por não gostar do que gravei na época, depois vou até dar uma analisada neste. Hoje eu não uso mais o Power Amp pra nada nem no Radar, nem no Cab Box e estou 100% satisfeito. Eu prefiro assim, o Power Amp sempre OFF. Abração cara!

Hi... I like it as the first pedal in the chain. It will act by cleaning the noises of the guitar pickups. The signal goes silent on the pedals. Other people prefer to use it right after the OD/DS pedals. Test in two ways and analyze how you liked it more. Thanks!

É irrelevante... Se sentir falta um simples DI Box passivo resolve e a maioria das empresas de sonorização já tem no palcos, nem precisa comprar.

That sounds really good. Maybe a preamp isn’t totally necessary.
Yea! Some IRs sound as if they have the information of a preamp embedded in the file. Others sound (most) just like cabinet, in this situation you need a preamp. We always have to do a lot of tests on the IRs we are using.

Há alguns meses venho usando meu set analógico sem pre, somente o Cab Box tá resolvendo tudo. Esses dias peguei um Mooer 004 e vou fazer uns testes. Posiciona o pre logo após os seus drives e antes das modulações, delays e reverbs.
004 fica legal o canal drive com pouco ganho nessa ordem que você mencionou, flat com mais graves. testa lá e me diz o que achou...
Ainda não tive tempo, só liguei pra testar e ver se tava funcionando ok. Mas vc diz pra usar o canal red como clean? Colocando pouco drive? No dia que chegou eu testei e achei o canal blue com o clean muito bom, mudei para o canal red e abri o drive todo e senti muito fraco mas deixei pra explorar depois com mais tempo. Estou pensando em montar o 004 e 005 no mesmo set pra usar em uns shows que farei nas próximas semanas.
é questão de gosto, curto uma sujeira no som... como drive acredito que não fique tão bom quanto um pedal de drive pois eles funcionam melhor como pre amp... mas como não existe regra... o importante é te satisfazer, em relação ao clean do pedal, preferi o canal red pois soou melhor com meu tube e o radar.. mas tudo é teste e gosto

Between the mooer radar and the Joyo cab box, which one do you choose?
Hi Luis... Radar is great but Cab Box offers me several options as a tool that Radar does not have. Make it clear here that I like Mooer a lot, I have pedals like the chorus Ensemble King, Eleclady flanger and several micropreamps like 002, 004, 005, 012 and now 015. The Cab Box has the function of DI Box with balanced XLR output for we send the signal straight to the table, it has a normal P10 output that we can send the signal to an active monitor (for example) and there is also an output called "Thru" where the signal comes out WITHOUT impulse response and we can send it directly to the input of an amp , it has a headphone output, it is a standard Boss 9v so I connect the same source with the other pedals (the Radar is 12v and an extra source on the pedalboard), Cab Box has two up/down footswitches for us to change IR easily and quickly between one music and another during concerts and rehearsals, the display is large, making it easy to see what we are using in the heat of a show, it can still be controlled via midi (I never used this function)... there are many extra points to Cab Box in my opinion.
