He said if you don't like the beeping watch someone else's video, when all he had to do was take the keys out 😂
Darin Fredrikson he should have disconnected his battery
Darin Fredrikson lol I was thinking the same thing
he leaves the keys in the ignition so the door lock will not lock and go down, leaving it fully upright during the reinstallation of the door panel making things easier to align the door. it's a security thing, it's so you don't lock your keys in your car accidentally.. but for the first 90% of the video I don't know why lol
Look at all of you whiny lil bitches. All 29 of ya. Pathetic. Hope his video helped you regardless, feel free to contribute more of yourselves to the world you bunch of ass hats.
I'm genuinely impressed with your one-handed screwdriver skills. 👌
Excellent how to video. ❤ how you keep camera going & explain what you're doing. Also appreciated no annoying music, just all business 🙏. Successfully installed Kicker CS 6.5's in '99 Accord thanks to you 👍!
Sure you may not NEEEEED your tripod, BUT it makes things so much more enjoyable for everyone involved. Trust me 😉
I didn’t know the speaker could come out if the plastic bit. You’re a life saver for the guy I was gonna bitch out for giving me the wrong speakers
Thanks for this video, now i know which speaker size to get before proceeding with the installation!
Thanks for the great video. I used it and it was really helpful.
Nice! Thank you for posting
Great help understood all of it thank you
does anyone know what measures are the front door honors Honda Accord
What pioneer speakers did you buy. They fit right to fit
I am going to watch another video, thanks. 🙂
my clips came off, rotted off, now all i have are 2 wires, no connectors, any suggestions to repair? just splice until i can hear something?
What size are the front speakers
great vid
What size speakers for the door?
where can i get the wiring thing you got at?
I like this vid, thx for the help , I am putting jl audio speakers in mine
How did those speakers work out? I'm wanting to put some in my honda
your accord looks brand new!
jose brixeno thanks
Hey CHARLIE at 7:13 what is that piece called ??because ya boy tryna get sum music for his front doors on the 6th gen too!
thank you broseph
What's the point of having the keys in the ignition.
have you seen Dr.Jones?
Definitely buy the little plugs for the OEM speaker connectors, to folks watching this. Huge pain in the ass splicing into stiff ass factory wiring. The stock speaker wire strands are just very thick and awkward to work with and you will waste a lot of time hassling with short wires, not to mention the connection wont be as neat
I'm not replacing my speaker's anytime soon, but this was still enjoyable.
Stopped watching after he told me to
Thanks man.
Did you order those grey harness for your front speakers?? Or were they already installed on stock speakers . Gonna change mine tomorrow and need to know if i need to order some harness
EP one24 ordered
do more of these tutorials homie!
Matsushita factory speakers (or Panasonic).
What is the size of the stock Front and Rear speakers in your accord?
Nocturnal 6.5 front 9x6 rear
Whats the little cable thing you said that we have to buy called? My speakers blew out lookin to replace them, thanks

CharlietoKind Thanks a lot! Your videos are dope, very helpful
@@CharlietoKind do these fit for the rear speakers too?
I am planning to put a sub in my car like yours , I don't know where to put it, I am thinking in the back in the middle of the two back speakers , have any ideas
I do not want a sub that makes my hair stand up and my eyes go out of focus. For me, in my 2001 Accord, I just used a 10" sub in a small, sealed box installed in my trunk. You hear/feel it just fine. A subwoofer is omnidirectional. You will hear it. A sealed box, when made right, sounds very good and takes up a lot less room than a ported one. I used a Rockford Fosgate Punch series and s small Alpine sub amp that I bolted to the sub box. The box is bolted to the trunk floor. I did a Big 3 wiring upgrade, too, which helps with what I have and will be good with what I may add laters. I also ran my sub volume knob up to the dash and mounted it where I made sense for me.
The rear shelf of this generation of Accords is not really stiff enough for a subwoofer. You need it to be in a box made for it, that is super stiff and will not flex at all. I used 3/4" MDF for mine, with black carpeting as a cover. Lots of great tutorials online. It is cheap to build, but takes time and you need a small table saw or at least a decent circular saw to cut the parts.
You also could simply pay a sub guy to make you a box based on the specs/needs of the sub you buy. He would need the sub as well as the booklet, which will contain a lot of info he (or you) would need to make a good sealed box.
Good luck.

I ended up installing a Sundown Audio SA-10 (in custom made ported enclosured tuned @ 34hz) powered by a 1200 watt rms monoblock amp. It hits hard enough to be heard way down the street. I think in these cars the best orientation for a subwoofer box is facing towards the rear unless you get something beefy and you throw a lot of power at it and face it forward.
My dashboard lights turns off when I turn on my head lights do you think it has to do with some of those wires on the door not hooked up correctly?
The door wires are all the power mirrors and locks and mirrors. It's not related to the illumination wires. Have your wiring and bulbs checked. Never experienced that or heard of that problem so I can't help you there. Sorry!
+vtecx626 did you change your head unit as well? For some decks if you connect the illumination wire in the harness it'll draw too much power and blow your multiplex. Happened to me.
Oh God my component speakers way too beefy to fit in the stock bracket. I'm just gonna make an mdf adapter ring
Do you think you could install a viper alarm on your car. I ordered one from Amazon and I plan to install it myself. I'm not a complete noob at these types of things. I know my 2002 Honda Accord coupe pretty well.
Doesn't seem like something I could do. Seems like a lot of electrical work
CharlietoKind i see. well wish me luck
Good luck brother.
ghettoblaster36 my 2002 honda accord came with it. I believe it is the reason my battery always dies.
The speakers I bought don't fit in the speaker bracket. Would it be stupid if I cut out the back of the bracket?
rocs209 i'd say return the speakers. because speakers have one job really and that is to vibrate. if you cut the bracket it might come loose and rattle
Mine either, doing the swap all now and realized it's slightly bigger than the oem one...what ah shame eh...
What size and/or dementions are the speakers?
Cameron Mann 6 1/2 front and 6x9 back
I'm running an amp for my speakers for my 2002 honda accord and it's super hard to get the speaker wire through the passenger door does anyone have any tips on how to get it through
Did u ever figure it out
0:49😂😂🤣🤣 only real Honda lovers know that sound.
Would a 8 inch fit a Honda Accord 2002?
Factory location holes. No . Custommized. Yes
I find it odd that the driver side speaker seems to crap out first on Honda Accords or Civics 98-02
note: his interior is niiiice I have a 1999 accord EX V6 it’s not leather interior but it’s clean inside 🧼 nice 👍 thanks for posting 5yrs later here I am lol
just wish they made it like the civic of the same years, you can just pop off the speaker cover without taking the whole door apart
Lol I wish they made the rear speakers Easier to take out. The back one's are a bitch
Guys got the same 6th gen coupe I have 🤝🏻
المواصفات الامريكيه اجود من المواصفات الخليجيه حتى في الخامه وجودتها
thank you so much
Thanx My Boi 🤘🏼Good Shit!!!
My honda had stock 20W speakers
omg101man mine to
Will you please Amazon link me to all the other cables I have to buy to install this? Also how is the pioneer? Does it have decent bass?
+Lincoln Johnson www.amazon.com/Metra-72-7800-Connector-Harnesses-Vehicles/dp/B0002BEPJY/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1450077632&sr=1-1&keywords=honda+speaker+adapter
all speakers use that adapter..
the bass is deeper and richer. but not noticeable until you turn the volume up.. highs are a lot more crisp and loud.
Does your 7 series still work lol?
CharlietoKind Haha man of course your videos were great! Same thing pretty much happened to my 7 too. One time all the oils and fluids in the car came out onto my driveway, since then the car has been a write off.
same here.... the oil leak is so bad that it leaves puddles in our garage that leaks downhill..
lol. and the cost of maintenance.
defiantly hyundai/kia beats bmw.. but Honda is still on top for me
Remove the keys out off the ignition switch
why ?
you did everything perfect except for not unplugging the battery. Other than that A+
"Why disconnect battery for speakers???"
You don't need to disconnect the battery for speakers bro. Lol
2:41 that's what she said. 😜
now my doors don’t lock
your all over the place kid
THIS! Cut down on the red bull dude
BEEP BEEP BEEP,thank BEEP BEEP BEEP,you,BEEP BEEP BEEP very BEEP BEEP BEEP,good,BEEP BEEP,VIDEO,BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP !!!!!!
GOOD GOD TAKE KEY OUT DAH !!!! 😬😬😬😬
Good video clip thanks !
I couldn't follow this video at all. You jumped around to so many different things. It'd be cooler if you went step by step. You went from like step 1 to 2 to 5 to 3. You also should have disconnected your battery.
Lol dumbass he did go step by step
Mr. Pistachio lmao 😂
Then he removed them for the lock lmao
Upgrade??? BOSE is the best
Lmfao
beep beep beep beep ... beep beep beep beep ... beep beep beep beep ... beep beep beep beep.
lol, you call this "plug & play"??! Thats ridiculous. On my old honda civic it was really plug and play. It needs max 1-2 minutes to remove the speaker there.
Literally plug and play. Door panel off, 4 screws off then back on, connect plug and play speaker wires, panel on, done. Jfc.
@@Luminous.Dynamics And how long does this take you? half an hour?
@@ZorlacSkater My install was way different, Im running a lot of amplifiers and many speakers now that arent just plug and play, but yeah, for that type of simple install in a 6th Gen Accord, its 15-20 mins per door if you have everything ready to go and dont have to go back and forth looking for tools or forgetting anything. Door panels just have the screws then you pop it out and there's the speaker. The little aftermarket plugs even come precrimped, all you gotta do under the panel is screw on the new speaker and plug it in. It really isnt that complex
@@Luminous.Dynamics yeah 15-20 mins is not plug and play... In my old car it took 1-2 minutes.
@@ZorlacSkater Plug and play isnt a determination of how much time something takes. It means it's plug and play whether it takes 30 seconds or 30 minutes. It only takes more than 5 minutes because the speaker grilles are built into the door panel. Doesnt really matter unless youre planning on swapping speakers out constantly, which is not the situation in 99.9% of cases
Really U think that remove the BOSE Speaker from ur accord Is a UPGRADE??????🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not bose
Holy shit you know nothing about Bose or Accords
Ding biscuit lmao
