- Apart from the pretty bone china that really take your fancy, there are a few backstamp issues to look for. Staffordshire or not? England vs Made in England? Lion and Crown or not? Under glaze or Transferware? And what about Australian St KIlda c1963 - Royal Doulton???
I love your ironstone peices. My Great Great Grandfather, Samuel Bevington was a Potter in Hanley, Stoke on Trent and one of my prized possesions is an ironstone meat platter that he made in business with his son, John Bevingon.
You have such lovely pieces and a charming personality!
I just collect fine bone China because I want to use it to experience my meals better, hahaha. Just got a nice, new couple of demitasse cups from the Wedgwood Hibiscus collection and I'm enjoying them!
Thank you. I have some pieces that say Ireland or Germany too plus England etc from my grandmother's and mother. ❤ love the pieces you have.
Thank you for sharing this I have some nice bone china with those marks and plan on increasing my collection this is very helpful and informative. Omg that gold teapot is lovely.
Thank you for the insight!!
Lovely video! Informative and helpful to a china collector! I come across good finds in the uk but I never looked for china while living in australia!
I have the whole set except for the teapot but I have a coffee pot .All except cups are stamped with either Classic Australia or Fine Bone China St Kilda
Thanks a lot!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful pieces. I just purchased a 22kt gilded gold tea cup set from Park Ave China. It looks similar to the gold tea cup you showed. Do you know if the glaze may contain lead?
I have some piece h.4807 it has the lion and crown and made in england
What about Myott Meakin Stoke On Trent, England. Can’t find a lot of information on it
Do you know where I can get back stamps Authenticated?
It's called the Royal Warrant, and it signifies that that producer supplies some member of the Royal Family.
Burslem, Fenton, Hanley, Longton, Stoke and Tunstall = 6 towns
2:17 That's an ashtray! Also, may I ask something? Is Royal Albert valuable in terms of age? I have a pretty small Royal Albert old country roses collection and I've done some research online and found out that mine are from 1962 - 1974, but I wanna know if mine are worth it.
@Millicient Aspinet It looks like it
