Fun fact, "Zara Yaqob" means in literal translation..the race of Jacob's, or family of Jacob's in Amharic/ge'ez which was the original language of his writings.

I don't know about the original language, but you should check out Claude Sumner's translations and commentary: Ethiopian Philosophy (volumes I II and II), and Classical Ethiopian Philosophy. Some of which are available on Amazon.

Philosophical views of theism is nice but not as stakeful as other topics. There is a main philosopher that is probably the most influencial one, yet you are quite silentful about him. So much that it cannot be done not on purpose. Would be nice to know why. Its been years I know your works but definitely not seen all your vids though.

I don't know much about philosophy, let alone philosophers and I don't have an education in philosophy, and that's why I honestly couldn't even guess which philosopher you mean that they're being silent about for some reason.

Few month ago this channel broke a bit the spell and talked very slightly about politics and socialism. Still a bit lacking but better than nothing.

But modern philosophy, even the "beginning" of philosophy, took the ideas of what you call now the immature African philosophers and took full creative credit. It dont matter what you think about us though, we know who we are and we know what we are about. And that is the base of any good philosopher.
