This team was not ready and it shows. This team lacks an identity and chemistry. This starts from the board room JFF lacking and we expect 100% from the coach. Guatemala made changes to develop their football, so do Jamaica, I want to see the changes off the field before we can actually see changes on the field. Our midfield has been something to desire for over 10yrs. I still haven't seen any changes, coach is forced to use a defender as a DM
