Well I love the way this coach speaks he’s being honest and I love that he’s not hiding anything he said we need to be more confident and aggressive and that is totally true hope he can get it right next time I like this coach only problem I have with him is him take too long to make changes when we fall behind

We didn’t need a defensive change , we needed a midfield and a forward adjustment. That was where the coach faulted

Love how Dixon is playing! He is confident against Mexico, which is good. And he'll get better as he goes. I saw the coach charring him when he took that shot. Dixon is going to set a good example for the youths to come.

He is to be blamed for that if you are 0 0 in a game and your first change is defensive what are you telling the players psychologically???? You are telling them indirectly, you are not good enough , you can’t win this game just settle for draw , that’s what those changes would say to me if I’m a player
@@warmtrees4013 perhaps first change was not a good one... but the psychological issue has been a problem with Jamaica over the years... not talking confidence only... talking about thinking the game correctly... right person to pass to, right time to pass etc...our passing has improved substantially, though it is still not up to par...
A big part of our weakness is Grimm's poor game management. He keeps making the same mistakes like poor/ late substitutions and they always cost us in the game. I can point to many examples where this has happened.

Halftime I was waiting for Lowe and Dixson to come one. I was disappointed to see those defensive changes. Not a bad game but again we let Mexico off the hock.
Coach improvement yes but the changes were too late and the defensive change coast us the game Bernard should not have come off cepras and dixon should have come on long time ago need more offensive
The team that played against Mexico should have played against Dominic Republic and Dominica.
The players need to work on their passing. Gray need better vision.

Coach is good, the players need to identify their team mate strength and weaknesses to assist in making them more successful.
The midfield, the midfield, the midfield. Kasey Palmer is no Ravel Morrison. Two years now and Grimmy is yet to fix this midfield. Cephas should have started given that Gray is clearly not match fit. Waite and Lembikisa were brilliant. Good game as well by Pinnock & Bernard.

I do not even have a Z License in coaching football, I would not make a defensive change in the game. When the changes were made , those changes should have been two offensive changes . Take off Nicholson and Antonio and replace them with Dixon and Cephas. Front three , Cephas left, Dixon Right and Gray Centre Forward for the last 30 minutes.

Good performance coach. I enjoyed the match.. just the defensive changes were made in error while we had already a good defensive chemistry going on.
FROM anyone see the starting line up, you know we were playing a defensive game....We never started with any serious offense and therefore the mindset was already to defend....kmt we have offensive arsenal wasting on the bench

Team is improving,but there is skills and speed in the team, I think Gray and Cephas must play on the flank,Shamar or Antonio,anyone of them can play through the midle.and cut out the long goal kick,and out the ball.

Complete rubbish, this formation and the way the coach is playing will not work, without Lowe in midfield to win the ball and the right players to be able to connect the midfield to the attack we will have a problem.

The use of VAR for offside calls is terrible for football.
I don't see where a shirt sleeve or the toe of a foot gives a clear advantage to any player. We are wasting brilliant goals and denying players of glory in football. Because of this ridiculous use of VAR. It's perfect for red cards and penalties.
