I don't think it's a big worry. He played basically quarter of the u21 season and did eeally well in his few games. Honestly speaking I'm more interested seeing him play a full season of the u21, I believe he'll probably be Chelsea's u21 top scorer. I do hope he is training and staying in shape

Many people think Whisper can just walk into Chelsea team they don't know is that academy has under 21 players from all over the globe talent from Brazil,France,Africa and Europe players and you must realize he's in a very competitive environment where it's barely less than 50% of the academy go on to make it to the main team that is always buying young players

More like less than 25% of the academy get a chance to break through.

I think he will be returning to the development squad because overseas loans are limited to 6 players and domestic loans are given to players on the verge of breaking into the first team. The transfer window ends on August 29 and so he should have to be available and be in England to find a club. The development squad currently in preseason in Austria.
I'll say this, I remember saying this on another channel and persons had stuff to say. At this point in your career, being so young, why make a child hold you down, he should've focused on his career and THEN go and get people pregnant, over the years I've always been pissed to see talented players pass through D-Cup and Manning Cup, and as soon as a bright prospect like him gets through, this is what he does. Men in this country need mentors, strong father figures that can set them straight. Majority of the greats in the pass focused on their careers, had wives instead of baby mothers and knew that children came afterwords

No club will have a player go on paternity leave for the whole preseason. Cause it’s a part of getting the team ready and he’s still not a first time player bro 😊
If he's not passed fit by Chelsea Medical Team then he's a liability on the Tour.

Why not put him on the injury list?
His omission might just be a result of him recovering from the injury/surgery or he might be getting loaned out and they don't want to take him on tour while the loan process is taking place.
