tyvm for this guide :) works perfectly! hope the emulators can bypass this somehow but until then we will have to use this method, shame it uses your phone , but better than nothing!
actually you don't need to be, you can connect your phone to your pc wirelessly using adb! steps: 1) connect phone to pc via usb 2) in that folder, instead of opening that .vbs file, click on the "open_a_terminal_here.bat" file, and type "adb tcpip 5555" 3) then on your phone, go to your wifi and see what your IP is 4) then in that same terminal you opened before, enter "adb connect (your ip here):5555" 5) once that's done, if everything works fine then you can unplug your phone and type "scrcpy" to start the emulation OR close that terminal that was opened and click that .vbs file as before your phone should be connected to your PC wirelessly now without needing to be hard-connected via USB cable :)
Biggest reason why I want to play on PC is because of the battery which is a issue I'll still have when connecting my phone to PC since I'm still using a phone. I don't understand why Square Enix dislike Emulator so much. :(
Dude really did this tutorial with the phone starting under 10% and dying during 💀
cool tutorial though 👍
THANK YOU

Also a cool trick to save battery is to turn off the phone screen using Alt+o (turn back on using alt+shift+o).
Thank you very much!~
how do I get the audio to output too? Or not possible?
Would this work on iPhone to windows?
