Those subs are only rated 5-800 watts and 2400 max that amp is plenty if not just enough after box rise I doubt that amp is putting out 5k
@@orlandoballesteros8094 lol DDs take much more then rated power my friend i got 1500 watts on my DD715 and its not even flexing same here he said subs wired at 2ohm meaning 1000watts on the 615s and yet their yelling for more i get your comcern but DD subs can take a beating.
Oh yes I Kno DD can take some power I actually have a set of 612's running less than 2k they hardly move I've had them in 3 different vehicles within 5 years
@@orlandoballesteros8094 well then you understand why these 612s want a bit more power bout 1500 to 2000w would be good i know if a few people running Sound digital 5ks on a single DD715 and even 8k amps on a 815 😅
I'm thinking about possibly adding the new smart 3k to my 612's but for now I only got 2 extra AGM batteries on a stock alternator on less than 2k

Sound quality isnt the best compared to taramps, banda or sound digital. Got a sfb2k and I only use it for mids , replaced it with an Orion HCaa 3000.1dsplx

@@CajunReaper95 depends on if they're custom dd cause my buddy has 4 custom built dd subs pushing 40k rms
