Tommy is best known for starring in “Martin”. And Lamont started in “Moesha”. They made appearances on The Parker’s. Suzanne Douglas made appearances on The Parker’s as Nikki Parker’s sister. And the late great Nancy Wilson also played the part of Martin’s mother on The Cosby Show. The only person featured in this video that was a regular cast member of The Parkers was Yvette Wilson. RIP to all of these very talented people and condolences to their families. However this is a very misleading title...

It's sad that all of these people died, especially so young. But this whole entire video was put together kind of sloppy. Especially when he spoke about Suzzanne Douglas. I know she died just last month in July, but he talked about her as if she was still alive.

People die at any age, young or old. Everyone and I mean everyone has an appointment with DEATH. The sooner we realize this, then we will be more incline to do seek the Lord and his righteousness before we die , considering after death it would have been too late. No matter how great or small, rich or poor we do have to go.
This was weird. Some of it was compilations from previous documentaries because the narrator kept saying the person "is" doing this and "is" a member of that. The he says "dead at 52" at the end. I also noticed they kept showing pictures of Countess Vaughn at the beginning. Those of us who know something about these actors know this sister has struggled with her self esteem, depression and various tragedies for years so I was scared to death it was going to be some shocking new news about her. That's the only reason I watched. The news about the others while sad, has been known for a long time. This video tried to hook people in the intro by insinuating that something happened to Countess.

I had no idea Suzanne Douglas passed. I am sad and shock. What a beautiful woman. She was a dynamo actress, but it was the energy that she gave that cane through the screen. You felt like you knew her and what an asset she was to the community……God Bless her. Wow, just sad by this.

This video was bittersweet to watch. Since I was established in 1982, The Parkers was apart of a line up of shows that highlighted by teens. As of late, I was thinking how the brother _Hakeem_ or Merlin Santana would be today. Their lights were extinguished so darn tragically. May they continue to rest in peace xoxo

Yvette was a funny actress and asset to every set she entered.
Tommy stayed in my father’s apartment building, seen him a few times, saw Gina them at his funeral in Richmond Heights, Fl.
Before his role as Tommy in Martin, he was also a cast member of 21 Jump Street, the original tv series, not the reboot.

There are a lot of people who appeared on The Parkers who died, especially guest stars. One night I was watching it and wondered about a particular actor, so I looked him up. He died and it made me curious about some others. Kinda creepy how many people from the sitcom have died.
I didn't hear the mention of Mary Wilson as a FOUNDING MEMBER OF THE SUPREMES... and the loss of Suzanne Douglas saddened me when I originally heard it. All them will be missed
