Difficult to judge exhaust noise from a recording, but I think that is as good as it gets for S55 sound note, I like it.
Agreed it sounds pretty good for a s55

An idea… wrap your gloss carbon interior in matte ppf… like the new Porsche interior, would give your interior a really nice upgrade without people seeing that you have done something extra.

Nice. If you like, I have a set BBS motorsport CS 20" jetsers including tyres available from my previous F80M3. Would really complement the car. Not sure weather you like the pulled tire as it is now, especially in the rear. My set could fix that LOL

Thank you man! I will compare it to my M2 and make a video of that in the future, although it would be a bit 'unfair' as the M3 is not really stock (in terms of power) whereas the M2 pretty much was. Sound of the M2 is better though, I can assure you that haha
@@bikezone8099 s55 is a better engine and heat management box. But for the price point. Og m2 was a steal🥳 and i do track my og so i am loving having fun with other s55 bimmers!
@@TheHunterHofman look forward to all the content man. I learned a tonne from your videos on the M2 and will be embarking on a bunch of fail safe upgrades myself as time goes on. Mines only done 19k miles so I'm gonna take as best care of it as I can. I live in rural UK so will be doing the bushings asap as I cringe every time I go down the lanes to get out and home haha

Good choice Mate, its a beautiful car. I finished my M2C build with all the MP Parts and also planning to go for the next car since I need more space.
Can you tell me your first impression with the M3? Is the damping better than the M2? And also the noise at higher speed? Is it better than the M2?
I love the S55 and like the F80 plattform, but they are quiet still expensive here in germany.

I had a midlife crisis and went from M2 and got an L494 Range Rover. I decided it was time for comfort over performance…🤷🏻♂️😂

Personaly i dont like ceramic brakes, had bad experience with it. In the winter they need to heat up before they work properly. Had to hit the brakes hard just after going on the road and took about 5 seconds before they actualy slowed down the car almost hit the car infront of me and nothing i could do about it the ceramic brakes also make really loud noise when they are cold. i really made sure my new m4 had steel brakes when i bought it. My sound system is also not the best which one are you talking about swapping it with?
I now kind of know what you mean with the warming up of the brakes haha, when just washing the car, the brakes frankly don't work the first 2/3 seconds after hitting them. Also, I changed the sound system for a complete Bavsound set, really awesome (made a video about that too).

It does not, yet. Although I won't be driving the car much (only for content), I like the challenge of doing that install myself in the future!

the only sensable upgrade IMO. I also have an M2 N55 and I would really love to pick up another car, but I'm not sure if the M3/M4 is the right fit for me.

I'm very interested to do this, yes. I would need a lot more equipment first though (a lift for instance).

For the fun factor the M2 was the way to go. Going to miss your m2 videos. Should have gotten a m2c instead! Congrats though she's a beauty. Love the aggressive rear fenders in the f80.
